1 The Priory Bay Hotel is the leading Country House Hotel by the Sea on the Isle of Wight and is set on a stunning 70 acre estate with its own private beach and self catering accommodation.

Chalet Style Self-Catering Cottages The cottages were built in the 1980 s, and are decorated in a contemporary, seaside style. They provide accommodation for 2-7 persons and are ideal for families.

Sheets, duvets, towels and 2 tea towels are all provided at no extra charge. Beach and pool (seasonal) towels can be hired from the Priory Bay Hotel Reception at an additional cost of 2.00 per towel.

2 Chalet Style Self-Catering Cottages The cottages were built in the 1980 s, and are decorated in a contemporary, seaside style. They provide accommodation for 2-7 persons and are ideal for families. All self-catering accommodation have a TV, DVD player, Digibox, fridge, cooker, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Sheets, duvets, towels and 2 tea towels are all provided at no extra charge. Beach and pool (seasonal) towels can be hired from the Priory Bay Hotel Reception at an additional cost of 2.00 per towel. The cottages are cleaned for your arrival; please leave the cottages in the condition you find them. Any additional cleaning with be charged at 50. Cleaning whilst you are with us can be arranged at per hour. Linen is changed on a weekly basis however, if you require any changes of linen before that time there is an additional charge of in the smaller cottages and in Cottage 35.

5 Booking Information for Self Catering Cottages Bookings can be made for 7 nights (Friday to Friday), 4 nights Midweek (Monday to Friday), 3 nights Weekend (Friday to Monday). Deposits & Payment We ask for the full payment as confirmation of self catering accommodation. Cheques should be made payable to the Priory Bay Hotel. Cancellation Policy In the event of a cancellation your payment will be returned only if the accommodation is re-let, less a administration charge, therefore holiday insurance is advisable. Please note that the Priory Bay Hotel cancellation policy does not apply to self catering bookings. Dogs Dogs are welcome in our self catering cottages at an extra charge of per dog per stay (excluding food). Owners are expected to take full responsibility for costs o making good any damage to the cottages or Priory Bay Hotel property or inconvenience to other guests. Any extra cleaning will be charged at 50, in addition to this we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning to carpets and soft furnishings if necessary. Dogs are not allowed in the main Priory Bay Hotel building. In respect of other guests, please keep dogs under control when on hotel grounds and tidy up after them. Arrival & Departure Check in time is from 4.00pm on your day of arrival. Check out time is before 10.00am on your day of departure. Bed & Breakfast and Half Board options The self-catering cottages can also be booked on a Bed and Breakfast or Half Board basis through the Priory Bay Hotel Reception, for those of you wishing to bring your dogs away with you but wanting the convenience of hotel accommodation. Please contact the Priory Bay Hotel Reception for prices. For larger groups the self-catering cottages can be booked alongside the smaller budget cottages on a Bed and Breakfast or Half Board basis. 6 Babysitting Baby listening is not available in the cottages. Babysitters can be organised through Freedom Childcare; please contact the Priory Bay Hotel Reception for their contact details. Massage & Beauty Treatments There is a treatment room available at the hotel, for massage therapy and beauty treatments, which need to be booked in advance provided by Relax Unlimited. Please contact the Priory Bay Hotel Reception for details Safety The Estate has woodlands, ponds, cliffs, beach, and an outdoor (seasonal) Swimming Pool. Please ensure your children are supervised at all times. The pool does not have Lifeguards.
