9 New Year s Eve Masquerade Ball in the Crystal Suite Sunday 31 December per person Indulge in a lavish buffet and live cabaret with Sophie Marie King, and then party until the early hours with a fabulous disco. Sophie Marie King Sophie is a classically trained soprano (London College of Music) from Plymouth who has been performing for over fifteen years. Although classical music is her first love Sophie has an extensive repertoire covering classical arias, songs from musical theatre and popular classics. Arrival 7.00pm. Carriages at 1.00am Black tie & posh frocks - we ll provide the masquerade party masks! Or feel free to bring your own and enjoy this glitzy old years night. 10 Christmas Terms & Conditions All bookings Please telephone the Hotel to check availability of your chosen date and make a provisional reservation. Any provisional booking unconfirmed after 14 days may be treated as cancelled by the Hotel. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. All additional charges incurred on the day of your booking must be settled prior to departure. Should a booking need to be cancelled by the Hotel, you may be offered an alternative date, venue or a full refund given. Please address any comments to the General Manager during your visit or within 21 days of the event. All Christmas information was correct at going to time of press, the management reserve the right to change or alter the programme at any time Festive menus will be available online shortly and will be ed to the PARTY booker. Guests are not permitted to bring any beverages into the hotel for consumption and if found, they will be collected and returned at the end of the evening. Gallery Restaurant Bookings (Excluding Christmas Day Lunch) Full non-refundable payment is required at least 10 days prior to the date of the booking. For groups of 20+ guests a non-refundable deposit of 5 per person will be required upon confirmation of the booking. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the booking are payable in full and non-refundable. Decreases in guest numbers on the day of the event are payable in full and non-refundable. Crystal Suite Events Dress to Impress! The Hotel operates a smart dress code and will not accept any guests wearing jeans, trainers or t-shirts. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to Hotel Events in the Crystal Suite. Exclusive use rates are for exclusive use of the whole night and minimum numbers are 120. Event Bookings (Including Christmas Day Lunch) One person should act as the contact/organiser for the booking. This person will take sole responsibility for all aspects of booking; deposits, payments, numbers etc. Please note that we will only liaise with the organiser in order to deal with bookings smoothly and efficiently. A completed, signed booking form must be returned to the Hotel with a non-refundable deposit of 15 per person upon confirmation of your booking. Full non-refundable payment is required at least 28 days prior to the event. Any booking not paid in full by this time may be treated as cancelled and any deposit retained by the Hotel. Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to the event are payable in full and non-refundable. Decreases in guest numbers less than 28 days prior are on the day of the event are non-refundable. All events and timings are subject to approval by the licensing authorities. The Hotel reserves the right to alter or amend any of the contents and prices of the events and packages as necessary without notice. Car parking is free of charge, ALL guests who arrive by car/taxi/coach/bus MUST register their vehicle registration number at one of our three touch screen points prior to exiting the car park to avoid unnecessary charges. Please note Taxis and other pick up / drop off transport have a 10 minute grace period to wait in the car park, if longer than 10 minutes please register at reception. The hotel cannot accept any responsibility for car parking charges. We cater for all dietary needs, please make your requirements clear to us 28 days prior to arrival.
