Under the terms of the Nine Elms deal, Christie's is entitled to stay in occupation at the two warehouses on the site for a minimum of two years. The land, which is next to the new American Embassy and New Covent Garden Market, where a 2bn regeneration is planned, is zoned by Wandsworth council for a mixed-use redevelopment. It could house as many as 500 homes. 02/13 - Clowes Developments purchased the 50-acre Tournament Fields in Warwick from Sackville Developments for an undisclosed sum. 12/14 - Clowes Developments paid Norcros Plc 6.5m for a property portfolio comprising six sites. The sites comprise three freeholds in Tunstall, the surplus freehold at Orgreave Drive, Sheffield, and two properties in Boston, Lincolnshire which are currently let to early /15 - Clowes Developments forward sold a 27,400 sq ft single storey industrial/warehouse unit at Tournament Fields, Warwick to Custodian REIT for 2.635m.
