A winter garden and sky bar will also be included. If planning is approved, the construction of the site may start by late 2010, and is expected to take three years to complete. The 70m scheme will comprise offices, a 100-bedroom hotel, 35,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants, 160 flats and a car dealership. Renaissance, which has developed residential-led schemes in Newbury and Portugal, will begin the relocation of tenants on the park and has already prelet the car showroom to Saab and Skoda.
