3 Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre 3 Our activity We operate nationally via our six regional offices including our newly opened Birmingham office. Our multi-sector activity continues within the industrial & logistics, office, retail & leisure and residential sectors, primarily on a demand led basis. A high proportion of our schemes are joint ventures with both public bodies and private landowners. The majority of our projects are pre-let and / or forward funded. Our retained investment property portfolio is currently valued at 130 million, generating an annual rental return of over 7% p.a.

4 Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre 4 Current and future projects Our current projects have a total estimated GDV of 900 million including 360,000 sq ft of industrial schemes at Markham Vale, Derbyshire, Luton and Southend. Residential led projects in York, Manchester, Skipton and Huddersfield are delivering over 1,000 units. 315,000 sq ft of new pre-let and D&B schemes agreed in 2018 to date with a GDV of over 35m million. 8 new near term development projects secured over the last 12 months including 100,000 sq ft office development in Manchester and JVs controlling over 680 acres of employment land in Wakefield, Sunderland, Enfield, Taunton, Walsall and Preston. These schemes are capable of delivering over 8 million sq ft of space with a GDV of over 1 billion.

Phase 2 Development 10 year development agreement on 30 acre business park adjacent to new AECC. 10 year development agreement on 45 acre original AECC site now has planning permission for 521 residential units. Both activated upon completion of new AECC development.
