4 FA/FF/RFU Artificial Grass Sports Pitch, Nationwide RLF have created, procured and managed the framework for 250 picthes, with a further 250 still in progress. We provided full consultation, design and installation solution of the pitches, floodlighting, fencing and, where required, changing rooms. FA/FF/RFU Role: Framework Manager

5 Odeon, Milton Keynes A flagship cinema for Odeon pushing the boundaries of cinema design with 11 auditoria, one IMAX and two Dolby Atmos screens. The cinema includes a new concept Costa Coffee Metropolitan, Gallery Bar, Ben & Jerry s outlet and a large confectionery concession. 6 i360 Observation Tower, Brighton The unique attraction is designed by Marks Barfield, the Architect behind the London Eye. The i360 will have a 162m (531 ft) high tower, with an ascending and descending circular viewing platform with a capacity for 200 people. The completed construction will stand as Britain s second highest observation tower (after the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth) and will be the world s tallest moving observation tower. 8 Saracens RFC, London The stadium facilitates a dual purpose athletics and rugby facility that complies with the requirements of the RFU and Aviva Premiership. The works involved the construction of a brand new 2,700 seat East Stand containing 15 nr corporate hospitality boxes and players lounge on the second floor, three nr large function suites on the first floor, offices for Saracens RFC and rental space on the Mezzanine floor. 9 Crown Plaza Hotel, Birmingham The extensive refurbishment and extension to an existing 13 storey city centre hotel to provide 306 remodelled bedrooms, a complete external envelope overhaul and a new build three storey extension providing new entrance and banqueting room areas. 11 David Welch Winter Gardens, Aberdeen The project involved the phased re-glazing and structural replacement/repairs to the existing Winter Gardens structures. The works had to be carried out in an extremely careful manner to avoid causing damage to the flowers, shrubs and plants contained within the Winter Gardens Houses.
