4 NUL College Performing Arts Centre The scheme was the construction of a single storey/ part 2 storey Performing Arts Centre at Newcastle under Lyme College. It is a 2,000m2 facility comprising performance auditorium with 200 seats, recording studios, dance studios, teaching areas, changing facilities, café/bar, external amphitheatre & external works including car parking. 5 The Keep, Brighton RLF were involved in advancing the cost plan, selection of the design and build contractor using the IESE framework, and updating costs plans. The scheme obtained detailed planning permission and achieved Practical Completion in June Her Majesty The Queen officially opened the building on 31 October East Sussex and Brighton & Hove Councils and the University of Sussex 15.2m Quantity Surveyor

6 Haberdasher s Hall The construction of a new livery hall for The Haberdashers Company was the first new livery hall to be built in the Square Mile for nearly 40 years. It was officially declared open by Her Majesty The Queen. The Haberdashers Company 9.6m Quantity Surveyor

9 Novium Museum, Chichester Innovately designed not to disrupt the archaeology, the ground floor houses and insitu roman bath. The new museum was built above and around the existing in-situ archaeological remains of the Roman thermal baths. Two galleries were constructed on the first and second floors which feature an education room, study spaces, exhibit storage work spaces and a shop area at ground floor level. 10 Cheltenham Art Gallery & Museum The objective of this project was to create first class display areas within an environmentally controlled gallery space that enabled the museum to expand on their varied range of exhibits. 11 Brighton Dome Comprehensive review of the maintenance requirements and associated costs for the Grade II listed Brighton Dome. This iconic building, constructed in 1803 for The Prince Regent as stables, is now a 1800 capacity concert hall venue.
