1 ITU-T Q15/15 Interim Meeting October 28-October 31, 2013 Hosted by Panasonic Corporation Panasonic Corporation is pleased to invite you to the ITU-T Q15/15 meeting in Osaka, Japan. The meeting will be held October 28-31, 2013 at the (see map on last page). During the work week (Monday 2pm- Thursday 6pm), the host will provide the meeting facilities as well as morning/afternoon coffee breaks. Panasonic is also planning to host a visit to the Corporate Showroom Panasonic Center Osaka on Tuesday afternoon after the Q15/15 meeting for more details, see After the visit, if Q15/15 attendees want to have dinner all together at their own expense Panasonic will be happy to arrange for a restaurant group reservation. Meeting Registration The meeting will be held at the, a Panasonic owned building: 1-19 Nakamachi, Kadoma City, Osaka, , Japan It is necessary to pre-register for the meeting. 2 Hotel Information A block of rooms has been reserved at the HOTEL AGORA OSAKA MORIGUCHI for check-in on Sunday, Oct 27 to check-out on Friday, November 1.
