On receipt of your booking form confirmation of reservation will be sent. Should the course be viable we will confirm the course with the provider 20 working days before the start of the course. As we will then become liable for all costs your confirmed reservation will become a binding agreement with us and you will be required to pay the full cost for any or all of your trainees if you subsequently cancel. Companies are free to substitute trainees but must inform us of the name(s). An invoice will be sent for the full amount two weeks before the start of the course. As no certificates are issued until full payment is received this should ensure that your certificates are issued in good time. Our payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice. Please make sure that if your company requires a purchase order number with the invoice that this detail is included on your booking form. Late reservations will be accepted if space is available and provided payment is made at time of booking. Please note that a verbal or online booking not accompanied by this form will be deemed to have accepted these conditions and will be processed on this understanding. Bookings made in this way are at the bookers risk and no liability can be accepted for lost bookings in these circumstances. It is in your interests to use this form for your records. Cancellations The Western Isles Construction Training Group reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of service and venue. Excepting unforeseen circumstances we will normally cancel 20 working days before the start of the course due to our agreement with the training provider.
