22 NCLTN - Urban CLTs The Olympic Park Boris Johnson: A Community Land Trust (CLT) will be integrated into the East Wick and Sweetwater scheme and is being considered from the outset. The shortlisted bidders for the East Wick and Sweetwater neighbourhoods on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park are under an obligation to explore the delivery of a CLT with the London Legacy Development Corporation. When the final bidder has been appointed the London Legacy Development Corporation will work with them to procure a CLT delivery partner and there will be a proper process in place to secure this. and maybe Southwark, Redbridge, Newham and Croydon
