4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. General 1.1 The mentioned terms and conditions are always an integral and irrefutable part of each written confirmation between the guest and the hotel Elisabeth. 1.2 All rates mentioned are inclusive VAT. 2. Confirmations 2.1 The reservation is only confirmed when the requested aprons / deposits are paid or when we received a credit card number as a guarantee for the reservation. 3. Deposits and guarantees 3.1 The hotel is allowed to ask the guest a deposit or an apron. 3.2 If the requested deposits are not paid within the prescribed period, the contract will be unilaterally terminated. 4. Changing of number of guests of cancellation of the event by the guest You can find our cancellation policy in the details above. 5. Extra charges 5.1 Every meal, drink or other services who are not mentioned in the confirmation will be charged to the company unless we have the written confirmation that we can charged it to guest itself.

Responsibilities 6.1 The guest will insure the hotel against every claim for damages what was inflicted by the participant (s) to his event by a third party where such damage. 6.2 The guest is also responsible for every damage to the hotel or the staff caused by a participant of his event. 7. Payment 7.1 All invoices of the hotel are payable by credit card or a bankcard at the hotel itself without discount. If the invoice isn t paid before the expire date (30 th day after the day of the invoice) the invoice will be increased without prior notice with collection costs of 10% of the amount of the invoice and with arrears of 10%. 8. Jurisdiction 8.1 Any dispute concerning our invoices is under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Mechelen.
