Guests can choose between two routes: VIA AIRPORT PIER Guests are escorted to the airport pier by car and from there they reach the hotel by private boat. The journey takes approximately 35 minutes. During events such as the Biennale or the Venice Film Festival, a combination of speed controls on boats coupled with high demand could mean service times are extended. Whilst Blitz endeavours to run a normal service, they cannot be held responsible for events outside of their control. VIA PIAZZALE ROMA Guests are escorted to Piazzale Roma Car Terminal by car and from there they reach the hotel by private boat. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. 3

4 ARRIVAL Special Welcome A hotel representative will greet you either before the baggage claim if arriving from Schengen Area Countries or before the passport checkpoint if arriving from Non-Schengen Area Countries; they will assist you with your luggage and then guide you towards your onward transport from the airport.
