In case of late arrival or early departure the entire rental period will be charged. CANCELLATIONS: In case of cancellation in written received up to 30 days before the date of commencement of the stay, the deposit will be totally refunded except for 30,00 for booking fee practice. After this deadline nothing will be refunded. PETS ALLOWED- Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times. Fouling must be cleaned up immediately. 4 Our Tents are a perfect solution for those who really look for a contact with nature and want to live the real camping life. Ideal for families but also for groups of friends can host up to 6 persons. Tents are in cotton and provide an open space with 4-5or6 beds and a cooking area composed by camping stove (with Gas bottle not included in the price), fridge and kitchenware. Drying rack also available No water connection available. All beds are single with slats and mattress diam.80x190. Canvass cabinet for clothes. Outside the tent a dining area under a gazebo with table and chairs. Bath and bed linen on request not included. Compulsory final cleaning. Electricity inside and outside the tents and socket for mobiles, Mp3 etc. Toilets are located nearby and provide hot water in the showers free of charge. BBQ stations nearby.

6 Our caravan without toilet can accommodate up to 4 people. All caravans are placed in a very quite and shady area of the campsite where privacy and relax are guaranteed. Not far common bathrooms (with hot showers free of charge) and BBQ stations. The caravans have been carefully designed to optimize the available space. All caravans have large closets for storing your belongings. The interior of the caravan is conceived as sleeping area with two queen- size beds or one queen-size and one or two single overlapped beds. All caravans are accompanied by a veranda, openable on three sides, conceived as a living area. The veranda is furnished with a fully equipped kitchenette with camping stove (Gas bottle not included in the price), fridge and kitchenware. The large space of the veranda allows to place up to 2 extra beds. Outside the veranda a gazebo with table and chairs. All the caravans are equipped with indoor and outdoor lighting. Drying rack also available.
