4 Location & Local Information Even those who have never been to Marbella have heard of Puerto Banus, the most famous luxury marina on the Costa del Sol. From the estate, you are eight minutes walk from the marina and only five from the beach. Next to the estate is a bar and restaurant known for their musical summer evenings and a great place to spend an evening. Puerto Banus promenade has everything that is the most trendy and luxurious in the world of fashion. There are many terraces, bars, and restaurants, filled with jet-setters who can dance till dawn. For sporty types, there is unsurprisingly golf on the famous course at the gates of Marbella, walks, and sea fishing.
