You shall arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where upon arrival, you will be welcomed and met by your Elewana representative and chauffeured to your hotel in Nairobi. Your 1 night stay at Hemingways Nairobi is on half board basis and drinks (excluding premium drinks). Breakfast at Hemingways Nairobi. Check-out and transfer to Wilson Airport Nairobi, gateway to the flying safaris in Kenya. Time to board the Elewana Executive Grand Caravan. Your SkySafari will now take to the Air! The plane will now take you to Meru National Park located in the region of Mount Kenya. The Elsa s Kopje team will welcome you and you will be transferred to the Lodge, where lunch will be served. You will be offered a massage for pure relaxation, or alternatively go on a game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge. Your stay at Elsa s Kopje is for 2 nights in a Cottage Suite, and is on allinclusive basis (including all meals, bush activities and drinks excluding premium drinks). Your best chance of spotting game is early in the morning or late afternoon, so rise early and head off into the wilderness. After a morning filled with excitement return to the lodge to relax and to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Explore more of Meru National Park on a game drive with sundowner drinks served overlooking the park, before returning to the lodge in time for dinner. Enjoy a brisk nature walk and enjoy the views from up the hill which forms the Kopje (or small rocky outcrop) that Elsa's is built on. Enjoy the rest of the morning at leisure before lunch will be served overlooking Meru National Park. After lunch you will board the SkySafari aircraft for a 40-minuute flight to the Loisaba Conservancy in Laikipia. The team from Loisaba Tented Camp will warmly welcome you and take you on a game drive en-route to the camp where you will arrive in time for drinks and dinner. Your stay at Loisaba Tented Camp is for 2 nights in a Standard Tent, and is on all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, bush activities and drinks excluding premium drinks). Subject to availability guests can spend one night at Loisaba's Star Beds A great way to view the stunning diversity of Loisaba is on foot. You will be accompanied on your early morning walking safari by traditional Samburu guides whose knowledge of local flora, fauna, culture and history is unmatched. Return to camp for a late breakfast and a refreshing swim. Lunch will be served at camp before you set off on a game in search of the elusive wild dog or try and spot the rare Grevy s zebra, Beisa Oryx or the Greater Kudu. If you prefer, try your hand at fishing in the river or visit the resident anti-poaching team with its two sniffer dogs. Sundowner drinks will be served out in the wilds of Africa whilst your chef prepares mouthwatering snacks live on the BBQ. Arrive back at the camp for a Dinner Under The Stars. After a restful night s sleep another day full of activities awaits. Your guide will take you on a game drive; the adventurous can explore Loisaba on camel-back (optional). A full breakfast is laid out in the bush before you return to camp. After lunch you will be transferred to the Loisaba airstrip for your SkySafari flight to the world renowned Masai Mara where the team from Sand River Masai Mara will warmly welcome you. Enjoy a game drive en-route to this remote Camp where you will arrive in time for sundowner drinks and dinner. Your stay at Sand River Masai Mara is for 2 nights in a luxury Safari Tent, and is on all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, bush activities and drinks excluding premium drinks). Early breakfast, followed by a full day of game viewing in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. A picnic hamper lunch will be served out in the wilds. Stop at an authentic Masai Village to interact and learn about the customs and culture of this colourful tribe Back to the Camp for a Farewell Dinner. Day 7 : Masai Mara / Nairobi Departure Bush breakfast followed by game drive, back to Camp for lunch. Mid afternoon, you will be transferred back to the Keekorok airstrip for your flight to Wilson Airport Nairobi. Your Elewana Representative will welcome you upon arrival. You will be chauffeured to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport; before arriving there we will stop at one of Nairobi s restaurants where dinner will be served. You will arrive at the airport in time for your outbound flight.

7 TRADING TERMS & CONDITIONS Between : Private Safaris East Africa P.O. Box 16913, Nairobi And : Name of Agent: Kenya Whereby Private Safaris on behalf of Elewana Travel Limited agrees to grant the AGENT the following terms & conditions set out herein, for Calendar Year It is clearly understood that any bookings or reservations made between the AGENT and Elewana Travel Ltd. including, but not limited to, its affiliates and/or its partners are governed by the Trading Terms & Conditions set-out herein. For the avoidance of doubt the governing legal jurisdictions will be The Republic of Tanzania and/or The Republic of Kenya. *Provisional Bookings Provisional bookings will be held as indicated below. In the event that Elewana Travel receives a reservation request that requires the booking being held by the AGENT on a provisional basis, Elewana Travel reserves the right to request the AGENT to either release the booking or make a 20% deposit within 48 hours against the space held in order to secure it. Please ensure the booking voucher contains the following information: 1. Property you wish to book (specify if family tent, house, cottage, etc.) 2. Date and time of arrival and departure 3. Mode of arrival and departure 4. Number of pax., rooming list and configuration (# of doubles, twins, singles, etc) 5. Names of clients, their ages and especially of any children in the group. 6. Any special requirements 7. Nationality of Clients *Payment & Deposit Policy Bookings must be secured by a 20% deposit within 48 hours upon confirmation with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings not secured by the appropriate deposit may be released without prior notification. *Release Periods & Cancellation Policies for Confirmed Bookings Between the booking date & 46 days prior to arrival 20 % cancellation charges Between 45 & 21 days prior to arrival 50 % cancellation charges Within 20 days to date of arrival 100 % cancellation charges *Group Bookings Payment & Cancellation Policies 20% non refundable deposit 14 days after confirmation 50% payments due and 50% cancellation fees apply 120 days before travel 100% payment due and 100% cancellation fees apply 60 days before travel *These clauses are applicable to group bookings. Bookings of 5 rooms or more will be considered GROUP BOOKINGS. For SkySafari the deposits are non-refundable.

8 TRADING TERMS & CONDITIONS * Amendment in Rates "Prices are subject to change without prior notification. Prices are also subject to change in the event of changes in government imposed taxes, fuel price, hotel charges, tourism levies and or the introduction of national, regional or local taxes or levies of whatever nature." * Refunds Whilst the company uses its best endeavours to ensure that all anticipated accommodation is available as planned, there shall be no claim whatsoever against the company for a refund either in whole or a part, if any accommodation or excursion is unavailable, or the passenger was unable to use this service. * Confidentiality The AGENT confirms and agrees that the contents of this agreement are strictly confidential to the undersigned and that no part of this agreement in any form may be divulged to a third party. * Variation The contractual terms mentioned in this agreement are subject to change without notice; however, every effort will be made to maintain them. In the event of a change in rates offered by Third Part Suppliers and/or a change in Government Taxes or Levies affecting the rates or terms mentioned herein, Elewana Travel reserves the right to pass on any increases to the AGENT. * Liability The AGENT agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Elewana Travel Limited, the owner, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns of each from and against any and all damages, losses, claims, demands, suits, proceedings, judgements, losses or expenses (including without limitation, costs, attorney s fees and fees of other professionals) on any nature whatsoever (whether based in tort, breach of contract, product liability, patent or copyright infringement, or otherwise) arising directly or indirectly from or out of the performance or operation of this Agreement including their respective activities. * Levies & Taxes Rates are inclusive of current taxes, except for Tourism Development Levy, Zanzibar Infrastructure Levy and Park Fees. * SkySafari Aircraft From time-to-time and in order to ensure and continue to maintain the highest levels of safety and standards, our SkySafari Executive Cessna Grand Caravan will be required to undertake scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works. In both cases, SkySafari will provide an alternate aircraft, from a third party, to undertake any and all flight commitments. In such an event, SkySafari cannot guarantee the same interior layout to that of our SkySafari Executive Cessna Grand Caravan and in such cases the Guest may be due compensation not exceeding US$50 per sector and only where a third party aircraft was used on any such sector.
