7 DIRECTIONS FROM WASHINGTON DC Merge onto VA- 267 W via EXIT 45 A towards the Dulles Toll Road Take VA- 606 W/Old Ox Road, EXIT 8A Merge onto VA 606 Turn right onto John Mosby Highway/US 50 W. Pass through 2 roundabouts Drive through the town of Middleburg Turn right onto St. Louis Road Turn left onto Wellbourne (it becomes a gravel road) Follow it slowly until you come to Catesby Farm Estate Take a left onto the driveway (the street sign is to the left) and follow it down to the main house with the fountain in front. Park in the circular drive. Guest cars will be directed to auxiliary parking
