Not only are both locations home to young adults with autism, but what sets Erik s Ranch & Retreats apart is that these young adults operate the boutique-style/guest ranch accommodations at our two destination locations: the Retreat in Edina, Minn., and Erik s Ranch, in Paradise Valley, Mont. Erik s Ranch & Retreats provides members (young adults with autism) individual housing, meaningful employment and social opportunities in a single model allowing our members to 1) match their strengths and passions to their employment; 2) have many supported positive social and recreational opportunities enabling independence; 3) provide surroundings that encourage family and community participation; 4) become productive tax-paying citizens; 5) thrive and are included/accepted members of society and educate the larger community. Our program is a paradigm shift for the entire country that promotes worldwide integration of those on the autism spectrum. Wedding Ceremony Vendors/Logistics A 35% nonrefundable deposit of the reservation total is required to book the venue and the final balance is due 90 days prior to your stay. No refunds are provided after 90 days prior to your stay. Any guests needing to cancel will be provided a receipt for the donation for tax purposes. $1500 nonrefundable deposit for use of our property. A $1000 refundable damage deposit is required You must rent both The Lodge and Pool House for a minimum of three nights. Pricing and details for each can be located further in this document. Maximum capacity for wedding/event day: 100 guests (not overnight) The wedding party is responsible for its own vendors such as the officiant, florist, ceremony and reception musicians/dj, photographer, rentals (including tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, Biffs, linens, glassware, flatware, etc.). The wedding party is responsible for all trash removal. All vendor plans to be approved by Erik s Ranch.

2 Erik s Ranch does not permit anything to be affixed to the walls, floors or ceilings with nails, staples, tape, etc.; the artwork may not be taken down; and guests may not move furniture. Absolutely no smoking on the premises- indoor or outdoor. Absolutely no RVs, campers or tent camping on our property. Absolutely no parking on the lawn. The wedding ceremony must take place outside on our front lawn. Due to frequent inclement weather, it is strongly advised you rent a tent. For the day of your wedding, we will provide two staff onsite to direct the parking, run errands and be hands on deck. They will be billed at $10/hour for each individual for 5-7 hours depending upon the length of your event. You must select from five approved caterers. You must hire a licensed bartender to pour alcohol of any kind. Bar and food tents must be on the front lawn. A Biff is required for parties of more than 50 guests. The deck of the Lodge can hold no more than 20 people at a time. Out of respect for our neighbors, music must be brought indoors at 9 p.m. No exceptions. The outdoor bar needs to shut down at 9 p.m. and brought indoors to the Pool House. After 9 p.m., logistics need to be determined with your bar vendor. All rental equipment must be returned by the time of your check-out. No lifeguards are on duty. Swim at your own risk. Pool closes at 9pm. No exceptions. Glass not allowed in the pool area. 3 Guest Accommodations Policies We require a 35% nonrefundable deposit of the reservation total at time of reservation and the final balance 90 days prior to your stay. 4 The Lodge at Erik s Ranch: Beautifully appointed ranch-style guest accommodations with a Western flair located in the heart of the Absaroka Mountains on 100 private acres with exquisite detailing and sophisticated artwork throughout. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, families and everyone in between; rejuvenate in 7500 spacious square feet. Five bedrooms; fully-equipped gourmet kitchen; executive dining room; upper- and lower-level great rooms with vistas of Antelope Butte and Emigrant Peak; exclusive access to our near-olympic size swimming pool with sweeping views of the mountains. $729-$899 (depending on season) $300 3 nights Maximum Capacity 12 guests all guests must sleep in beds. 5 Event Rental Agreement This Rental Agreement made and entered into as of the date set forth below, by and between Erik s Ranch, Inc., a non-profit organization and Name of Bride & Groom. Whereas, renter desires to rent the facility and property from Erik s Ranch, Inc., on the terms and conditions set forth herein and Erik s Ranch, Inc., is willing to rent the facilities and property on such terms and conditions.
