2 THE WAY LIFE SHOULD BE Enjoying a beautiful mature woodland setting, these Scandinavian lodges stand adjacent to the magnificent Kenwick Park Golf Course in the secluded and exclusive 320 acre, 19th Century Kenwick Park Estate in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds situated on the edge of the pretty market town of Louth. As well as golf, our brand new ClubSpa comprises of; Heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor hydrotherapy pool and thermal spa suite Fully equipped gymnasium aerobics studio and tennis court (charges apply) Evergreen Spa@Kenwick, offering a range of products and treatments including Elemis, Natural Spa Factory, OPI and Mii (treatment and products charged as taken). The Best Western Kenwick Park Hotel, also within Kenwick Estate, is always open to residents of The Woods. Enjoy a drink in the Keepers Conservatory Bar, take Afternoon Tea on the Terrace or comfortable lounge area or dine in the either the Keepers Conservatory or Fairways Restaurant. Book in advance on the popular Thursday Steak Night or Friday Fish Night. Also, the Keepers Conservatory is child friendly and offers a great Children s Menu. 02

3 ESCAPE TO LINCOLNSHIRE S BEST KEPT SECRET ACCOMMODATION Beautifully designed to a high standard, these stylish Scandinavian Lodges are individually positioned in an attractive setting at the Southern end of the golf course, away from the facilities, in secluded woodland (access to lodges via a private road, around ¾ mile from the main Hotel and ClubSpa). There is a choice of three levels of accommodation between 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, all with front and side verandahs. Inside you will enjoy the open plan kitchen, dining and living area with plenty of space for all guests staying within the lodge. Lodges are fully equipped with kitchen appliances (including electric cooker, hob, extractor fan, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher) and stylish furnishings throughout. Lodges have an en-suite shower room and a main bathroom consisting of a bath, wash basin and toilet. Also inclusive within your lodge: All linen and towels Television with DVD Dishwasher Toaster/Kettle Ironing Board and Iron Please note washing machines are not included in lodge facilities, nor are cleaning agents provided as standard.
