1 EL PASO COUNTY SHERIFF S OFFICE INTELLIGENCE BULLETIN DISTRIBUTION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES ONLY NOT FOR PUBLIC RELEASE TO: All Law Enforcement Agencies U.S. Ports of Entry & Check Points RE: Aggravated Robberies/Cargo Thefts The El Paso County Sheriff s Office along with the El Paso Police Department and the F.B.I. (El Paso Field Office) are presently investigating reported cargo thefts in the El Paso, TX. area. The investigation is based on an F.B.I. tip received on in which the tip led Law Enforcement to a location of stolen property. The stolen property (46 washing machines) was stolen from within the City of El Paso, TX. that had been in a commercial cargo trailer. Numerous cargo thefts of merchandise have been reported as stolen since in the City and County of El Paso, TX. Several suspects (listed below) are believed to be involved in the thefts and aggravated robberies of the cargo trailers and tractors where security guards have been met by the suspects at gunpoint, tied up or bound and the property is removed from different locations. The main focus of these thefts and robberies are primarily occurring on the East side of El Paso, TX. along Interstate 10 or Gateways to include areas off of Zaragosa and Loop 375. The shipment of property is then removed from the trailers to other locations possibly by means of other trailers or warehouses. The stolen trailers and tractors are then abandoned and some have been recovered off of Hawkins St., Lee Blvd. area, West side of El Paso and the Central area of El Paso. It s believed the suspects transport the stolen cargo out of the El Paso, TX. area to other areas of the United States and Mexico. The suspects are believed to be involved in the distribution of narcotics, currency and stolen property. These suspects are involved or suspected of being involved in numerous investigations across the United States and Mexico. These suspects are extremely dangerous and are known to possess firearms in their vehicles and on their persons. If you encounter any of these subjects, use extreme caution.

2 The investigating agencies request if a reported theft of any tractors and or trailers or aggravated robberies in which cargo (tractors/trailers) are stolen in the El Paso area, please notify the below persons immediately in order to set up surveillance on known locations of these suspects. Possible mistaken for a black male suspect in the EPSO Aggravated Robbery Has an Aggravated Robbery case pending EPPD case # History of narcotics, Aggravated Assault (known to carry firearms) (person of interest in EPPD Missing Persons case Foul Play suspected) TRC Construction Rojas STE.
