President s Column I am not sure if you feel as I do that it is hard to believe we are into August already. Hope your summer is going well. First of all a special thank you to the board members that have carried over with my transition, and new faces as well. Also a special thank you to Sam and Deb for organizing the Timber Rattler game. It was a great night and the new format worked out well. This time of the year we have trips lined up and are fi rming up details. With that in mind Sam and Deb have put together a fantastic Wine and Cheese Fondue party. It will be great to get together with fellow ski club members and start talking snow. They will bring us up to date on the Switzerland trip and others in the works. We have a very nice shelter reserved, so this will be a rain or shine event. Hope to see you there!! In a couple of months our fi rst meeting will be held at The Bar in Appleton and we will be off to another great season with the Sly Fox Ski Club. I appreciate all of your ideas and support. To receive FOX POINTS, the New Member must document the referring member on their Membership Form when joining the club. The FOX POINTS can accumulate during the one ski season that they have been earned and can be used towards club trips, renewal of their present membership dues, Spring and Christmas Holiday banquets. The FOX POINTS must be used by the end of the season on or before April 30th and cannot be carried over to the following year. The New Member joining the club may not be a past member of the club within the last 4 years or a renewing member. FOX POINTS are not transferable to another member. The new and present members must be a minimum of 21 years of age. The FOX POINTS will be documented by the Treasurer when the New Membership Form with payment is received.
