1 Beaver Valley Ski Club PRESIDENTS REPORT The ski season is coming to an end and already we are making plans for next year. We will have our April meeting on the 10 th instead of the 3 rd since many of the board members will be on the Western Trip. Please don t forget to come and vote for new board members and officers. We welcome any volunteers. If anyone is interested in summer activities please let us know. There has been a lack of interest in the past couple years but if that changes we are always open to ideas. Canoeing, camping, bicycling, golfing and just about anything that s fun. We will be taking a break for summer meetings. Please check your for updates. Hope to see you at the meeting. We will be accepting any donation of alcoholic beverage for a Booze Basket and also any scratch off lottery ticket for a Lottery Basket. Anyone bringing lottery scratch offs will be given the dollar amount of the ticket in haha pot tickets. That dollar amount will be deducted from the clubs 50% of the pot. That means it will not have any effect on the dollar amount of the pot. They came for a week and they came for the weekend. They even came for a day!! There were short ones and there were tall ones. There were even the X men. They came by bus and they came by car. They even came by pickup truck and a plane.. The Red Baron that is. You should have seen him fly To no avail though, he did not fly high enough.. We had so many skiers we needed rooms at the Inn across the street.. The snow was great and the party was hearty.. Especially the patio party! A big hit as always.. Yo Bo & Dicky too, You sure spend a lot of time around the fire pit telling stories with the girls I saw Joanie& Jane. I saw Michelle & Laurie & Brieanne too. I saw George & Betty & I saw Willy too.. Willy had way to much fun on Friday.. He had so much fun; that if there was a Late bus he would have been on it.. I even saw a hot tub party at the Inn SSSHHHH>>> It s a secret.. We had so many skiers I did know who came and how they got there.. I know I saw Andy and Judy In Chippewa but not on the bus. Did you hear we had so many skiers some even got busted.. Do you know who?? Do you know what for?? You shoulda, coulda, woulda been there.. Mark the date for It s a must do trip.. Ski You in 2014 or maybe soonneerr Ray
