Transportation from Radisson Blu and Leonardo Royal hotels to the conference venue will be provided by the Host. From 17 th to 19 th October 2018 WSU will provide bus transportation from Radisson Blu/Leonardo Royal hotels to the WSU premises and from WSU premises to Radisson Blu/Leonardo Royal hotels. For transportation planning purposes it is essential that you indicate the chosen accommodation in the conference registration form. Should you not use any of the recommended hotels and still be interested in the conference transportation, please choose the preferred assembly point (either at RB of LR) ARRIVAL TO AND DEPARTURE FROM WARSAW: Arrivals to Leonardo Royal Hotel and Radisson Blu Hotel are to be arranged individually by conference based on their travel arrangements either by public transportation or taxi. Departures from Leonardo Royal Hotel and Radisson Blu Hotel are also to be arranged individually by the conference. When traveling from Warszawa Centralna one can easily reach LRH by using 109 bus line and the RB using tram. If you travel to by plane (to International Frederic Chopin Airport) you may reach Leonardo Royal/Radisson Blu hotel either by taxi or public transportation (trains S2 or S3, bus line no 109, and tramway). Taxi: If you choose to travel by taxi you are encouraged to use taxi corporations only from taxi recommended area in front of the arrival hall, marked with a yellow stripe and coordinated by airport services. Ignore taxi touts inside the terminal. The taxi costs between PLN. Trains S2 or S3: If you choose to travel by train, you may use train S2 to Warszawa Śródmieście station. The transfer from the airport takes approximately minutes. Alternatively it is also possible to use the train S3 to Central railway station (Warszawa Centralna). Public transportation tickets (for both trains and tramway) can be bought from vending machines (by cash or card) at the airport train station or in the train (cash only). 20-min. ticket costs 3,40 PLN and 75-min one costs 4,40 PLN. 5 REGISTRATION AND FEES OF ANNUAL ISMS 2018 CONFERENCE: Online registration for the conference Due to procedural requirements and security reasons, all of the conference must register online for the conference no later than September 30, Please remember that failing to do so will prevent you from participating in the event. To register for the conference, please start the registration program by using the link: Paper registration procedures will be open to on October 17 th at the Restaurant of War Studies University, before the official dinner, and the secretariat will provide you with updated information and opportunity to pay the conference fee.
