1 Supplementary materials: Venue and hotel The meeting venue is the Hotel Campanile Varsovie / Warszawa: The hotel is located approximately 1.1 km to the west of the Central Railway Station in Warsaw ("Warszawa Centralna" station). Rooms have been reserved from May 6 th to 10 th. The reservation and price are valid until the 30 th of March. The price for single room is 360 PLN / night including breakfast and VAT (approx. 87 EUR) and for double room it is 395 PLN (approx. 95 EUR). Room reservation should be made via reservation.warsaw@campanile.com using reservation code ICP2018. Upon confirming your booking, you will be asked for a credit card guarantee or advance payment. Booking confirmation or cancellation can be made by April 6. There is a variety of other hotels next to the meeting venue, for example The Radisson Blue hotel "Sobieski" which hosted the ICP M&M meeting ( However, no reservations have been made for participants in other hotels. Transportation Warsaw Chopin Airport Hotel (by train) The Campanile Hotel can be reached by trains directly from the Warsaw Chopin Airport: SKM trains - line S2 - stop on the "Warszawa Ochota" stop. It is just next to the hotel. Train goes approximately 22 minutes and departs every 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can use the SKM line S3 or RL line which goes to the Central Railway Station ("Warszawa Centralna" station). It is approximately 1 km far from the hotel. The timetable of all trains mentioned above can be found here: (look at the departures from WARSAW CHOPIN AIRPORT ). The current timetable is valid until March and will be updated at the website. Another train line going from the airport to the Central Railway Station is the "Koleje Mazowieckie-KM" (Masovian Rail). Train tickets can be bought at the airport, in a ticket machine on the way to the train station. Warsaw Chopin Airport Hotel (by bus) There is a bus line (nr 175) direct from the Airport to the Plac Zawiszy (were the Hotel is located) provided by a public transport (ZTM). 3 You have to leave the bus at the stop Plac Zawiszy (nearby the Hotel). If you will have any doubts, ask the driver about Sobieski Hotel or hotel Campanile which are located next to the bus stop. The bus journey takes min. In case of departure at night, there is a night bus line N32. The bus goes from the same stop as the line 175 and stops also next to the hotel (stop Plac Zawiszy ). Timetable can be found below and at the following website: Hour Minutes Warsaw Chopin Airport Hotel (by taxi) Taxi can be easily located near the departure terminal. Taxi tariffs should be clearly displayed in the car window. The way to the city centre or hotel should cost approx. 40 PLN (10 EUR). It may be more at nights and on Sunday but should not exceed 100 PLN (25 EUR). In case of any doubts you can ask driver about the approximate cost. 6 Tickets are available in any newspapers stand (kiosk) at the Railway station or in the city. Ticket price is 3,60 PLN. Dietary requirements Meal preferences should be provided by participants during the registration (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegaterian, vegan or other) or no later than the 27th of April. Excurion All Participants are invited to the excursion organised in a cooperation with the Kampinoski National Park which is located north-west of Warsaw. It is one of the largest national parks of the European lowland. The Park was founded on January 19, 1959 in order to protect the remnants of the Kampinos Forest in the old valley of the Vistula River. Since 1994 the Park is monitored as a part of the integrated monitoring system. The trip will be organised on the 8 th of May (Tuesday) after lunch about 13:00 and will last until 17:00. Task Forces dinner All Participants are also invited to the Task Forces dinner, which will be held in the Campanille Hotel or next to it after the excursion (at 18:00) on Tuesday (8 th of May).
