11 Adams Blvd Off Ramp > The existing I-110 HOV lanes begin and end in the vicinity of Adams Blvd > Adams Blvd is an important link for NB transit and HOV traffic destined for Adams area neighborhood (i.e. LA Trade Tech, Orthopaedic Hospital) and downtown Los Angeles

12 Adams Blvd Off Ramp > Location is a major traffic bottleneck *Ranked #27 worst in the U.S. in 2010 > Creates delays to Harbor Transitway Bus Service (Silver Line) > Impacts quality of life in the South Los Angeles community > USDOT grant provides funding to address the bottleneck > 5 Scenarios were analyzed by Metro 27 Los Angeles (2) Harbor Fwy/I-110 NB ADAMS BLVD Los Angeles CA
