18 Goals and Objectives Conduct a 6-month pilot of dynamic ridesharing along I-395/95 Recruit 500 drivers and 1000 riders Achieve at least 20 ride matches per month Reduce 120,000 SOV trips over 6 months Ensure self-sustaining dynamic ridesharing system beyond the pilot Evaluate results

19 Potential Benefits for BRAC Locations Incentives for participants - $25 gas cards for all, $20 monthly credits for riders. Drivers save on gas money - $1 passenger, $0.20 per mile. Riders get an affordable alternative to SOV or transit. Helps grow vanpooling and carpooling at BRAC locations. Provide trial to those who have never tried system before. Help change ridesharing attitudes if successful.
