1 Earned at 1,000 Box Level: Round Trip Charter Bus transportation for Girl & Adult (Over 18 Years Old)* Shared Hotel room for the night of May 5th at Disney or Universal Studios (one double bed per girl/adult - 4 people per room) * Girls in 6th grade or above can attend without a parent chaperone, Universal Studios Only. Earned at 1,300 Box Level: Girl Ticket to Magic Kingdom OR Universal Studios and $30 meal voucher for park Breakfast for 2 on Saturday & Sunday Travel Schedule: Friday, May 4, : 9:30 pm Bus Check in Begins - Mableton Service Center - Participants are encouraged to be dropped off, parking will be at your own risk

2 10:30 pm Final Boarding - Over Night Coach Bus Trip to Orlando, FL (rest stops made as needed by driver) Saturday, May 5, : 7:00 am Arrive at Orlando - Breakfast at hotel & Drop off Luggage - Start your Magical Day of Fun! 3:00 pm Room check-in - IF the girl's chosen park ticket is for Disney, she and her accompanying adult will stay at the Caribbean Beach Disney Resort. - IF the girl's chosen park ticket is for Universal, she and her accompanying adult will stay at the Cabana Bay Universal Resort. Sunday,May,6, 9:00 am Room check-out - Board Bus to depart from resort to travel back to Atlanta *Stops will be made for Lunch Important Dates: March 19 - Reward Selection due in ebudde March 22 - Registration information sent out to all Girl's Parents s as listed in MyGS who have selected trip March 29 - Extra Bus Seats Open (First Come First Serve Basis) April 6 - Girls & Troops with Outstanding Balances will be informed and action taken as needed to clear balance before trip space is released April 13

3 Registration process: Girls/parents making a selection for a Disney Trip option will be ed on March 22 to collect information about attendees and pay for any trip add-ons: Trip T-shirts Meal Package for those not at 1300 level Tickets to Chosen Park for adults Additional Bus Ticket & Breakfast for Sibling or Additional Parent Private Room Upgrade Meals & Snacks: Please plan to arrive Friday evening for boarding buses having already eaten dinner. Breakfast Saturday & Sunday morning is included at the 1300 box level. Feel free to bring your own snacks. All beverages should be in bottles with lids or juice boxes. Disney and Universal allows you to bring in snacks and food that do not require heating. Girls at the 1300 box level will be provided with their $30 meal voucher to use at various snack spots, cafes and restaurants. If you have other dietary needs please work with Disney Directly: What to bring: Comfortable clothes & Shoes Blanket/ Pillow for Bus Sunscreen Small backpack for belongings Pjs, Bathing Suit, & Change of Clothes for Sunday

4 FAQs: Q: One of the Girls in my troop did not get to this level can I buy her a seat on the bus? A: No, the additional seats are for immediate family members of the girl receiving the reward. Q: My family is going to Disney the first week of April can I just use my daughter's ticket then? A: No, this is a group event and can only be used May 5th. Q: My family would like to go down on our own can we meet you at the park? A: Yes, please make note in your registration and we will make arrangements for this Q: I am working that weekend can my daughter go with another family? A: Yes, but you will need to make that arrangement in advance and the Adult will need to b e an approved Girl Scout Volunteer. Additional paper work will be required. Q: Can I use Cookie Dough to pay for my trip Add-Ons? A:Yes Q: Can I drink Alcohol/ Smoke while on this trip? A: No, per the Volunteer Essentials 19 A & 20 C. Q: Can I choose the level 1000 reward and not the 1300 reward? A: Yes, but note this will not include admission to any of the parks. There are many things you can do at the hotel (Poolside movie, Disney Springs, and Campfire at Fort Wilderness) without a park ticket.

5 Q: Can I choose the 1300 reward and not the 1000 reward? A: Yes, but transportation and lodging will not be included. Q: Will we be staying at Disney/Universal? A: Yes, at one of the All- Star Resorts. - IF the girl's chosen park ticket is for Disney, she and her accompanying adult will stay at the Caribbean Beach Disney Resort. - IF the girl's chosen park ticket is for Universal, she and her accompanying adult will stay at the Cabana Bay Universal Resort. Q: Can I pay for the other 1/2 of my room and not share it with another family? A: Yes, when you register you can pay the difference to have a private room. Q: Will there be time to go to the park on Sunday? A: No, we will be heading back to Atlanta to arrive home before dinner.
