2 Camp Pricing is as follows: Westbank Gymnastics SUMMER GYM CAMP 2014 REGISTRATION & PRICING INFORMATION Our GYM CAMP will run from June 2rd through July 25. CAMP will be closed July 3rd & 4th. Camp hours are from 9:00am till 3:00pm. Before care starts at 7:15 and After care ends at 5:30pm. Registration per child ~ $25.(non members). Weekly Fee 1 st child ~ $145 Weekly Fee 2 nd child ~ $130 Daily Rate ~ $35 Before Care 7:15am ~ $0 After Care till 5:30pm weekly ~ $50 ****ANY CHILD PICKED UP AFTER 5:30 WILL BE CHARGED $5 FOR EVERY 15 MINUTES LATE. ***ANY CHILD PICKED UP AFTER 3:15PM WILL BE CHARGED $10 FOR THE DAILY AFTER CARE FEE. EARLY PAY DISCOUNT For every week paid for in advance by Thursday, May 22nd, you will receive a $10 discount per week per family. Payments: Payments must be made 1 week prior to the week(s) your child is attending. A $10 late fee will be charged for any late payments. Gym Camp pricing includes weekly swimming at Terrytown Swim Club, Skate Country, Inflatables, and popcorn & drink on Movie Day. Other fieldtrips are a possibility and may have a small fee not to exceed $10. During the weeks our camp is not full, children may be taken on a day-to-day basis. The cost is $35 for a full day. The 2 nd child is $30 per day. After camp care is an additional $10 per day. The registration fee will still be applied.

3 SUMMER GYMCAMP 2014 Weekly Events and Activity Details Fieldtrips A weekly schedule will be available the week before. Please make sure we have your on file if you would like details sent via . The time we depart the gym on field trip days varies so it is important your child arrives on time. Everyone is required to attend the fieldtrip, no adults or children stay at the gym. Swimming at Terrytown Swim Club. Every Wednesday your camper will swim at Terrytown Swim Club. The bus will leave at approximately 10:00 and return about 1:30. There are lifeguards on duty at all times. A swim test will be given for all children before entering the pool. There is a wading pool for non-swimming children. If your child cannot swim, a life vest must be brought to camp and worn to the pool. Your child will wear the life vest the entire time we are at the pool. We do not allow them to take it off until we return. Please label your child s life vest; we are not responsible for lost items. Please do not hesitate to speak with us if you have any questions or concerns. Swimming and Waterslide Days. Please have your child wear his/her swimsuit to camp in the morning and pack a change of clothes. Don t forget to send sunscreen and beach towels. Our staff members will help the younger campers with sunscreen, etc. All of your child s belongings should be in a bag and needs to be labeled with your child s name. We are not responsible for lost items. Skate Country. On skating days your child needs to bring a long pair of socks. Skate rentals are included but they may bring their own. Other Fieldtrips. You will receive any additional information about other fieldtrips the week before the field trip is planned. OTHER DETAILS Who can attend? Girls and boys ages Open to members and non-members. No experience needed. It s more than gymnastics. Lunch and Snacks. Each child must bring their lunch. There is no microwave for heating lunches, please do not pack lunches that need to be heated. Snack time is at 3:15pm so if your child stays for after camp care, you may want to send additional snacks.

4 Extra Pocket Money. You may send extra snack money in a ziploc bag for fieldtrip days or when notified for snowballs, etc. Please label clearly. Duffle Bag Every child is required to bring a bag (backpack, duffle bag, etc.) for their everyday items. The bag must be large enough to hold shoes, lunch, and all belongings. Please label everything! We are not responsible for lost items. Discipline and Safety. It would certainly be the ideal situation if we did not have to discipline anyone s child. If needed the following steps are taken. Step 1: Give a warning. If the behavior continues, step 2: Send him/her to time out. Step 3: When your child s time is up, the coach will explain why he/she was placed in time out. If a child s bad behavior doesn t improve, a parent will be notified and the child may not be allowed back. There is no refunds for children who are sent home due to bad behavior. Pay by the day. During weeks our camp is not full, children can be taken on a day-to -day basis $35. Before and after camp care is an additional $10 per day. A registration fee will still be applied. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Be on Time. Coordinated activities and rotations start at 9:15 a.m. It is never fun to catch on after things have already started. You miss directions, groups have already been determined, and everyone always looks at you. (remember, back in the day?) Injury. In the event of an injury, we do all we can for your child. We ice, elevate, restrict activities, and ask questions. We do all we can to prevent incidents, but realize it is impossible to prevent them all. Make sure you have completed all required health information on your child s registration form to better help us serve you and your child in the case of an accident. TUESDAYS A TRIP SKATE COUNTRY Bring a pair of long socks & Snack Money (optional) WET WEDNESDAYS SWIMMING AT TERRYTOWN SWIM CLUB Wear your bathing suit to camp. Bring towel, sunscreen, life vest, etc. You may also bring snack money (optional). HOLLYWOOD THURSDAYS M O V I E & P O P C O R N! Wear your PJs and bring a blanket and pillow. SLIP & SLIDE FRIDAYS WATERSLIDES, INFLATABLES, & SNOWBALLS Wear your bathing suit to camp. Bring towel, sunscreen, etc. Bring $2 for snowballs!

6 Swimming Reminders: Any camper who cannot swim MUST bring a life vest with his/her name labeled every Wednesday. Floaties are not allowed at the pool. All campers without a life vest will be required to pass a swim test. Please make sure your child brings a towel, dry set of clothes, sunscreen, lunch, etc. We suggest flip flops be worn on swim days as they are easy to slip on and off. Snack Money: Snack Money is optional on Tuesdays (skating) and Wednesdays (swimming). If you wish to send your child with a few dollars for snacks, please send it in a Ziploc bag with his/her name labeled on it. Everyone can bring $2 on Fridays for snowballs.
