The caller believed the juveniles were truant from school. The juveniles were described as one white male with a red and black shirt, one black male with ripped blue jeans and a grayish blue hoodie and one heavy set black male with black pants. Juveniles were later transported to Euclid High school :49: ANIMAL AT LARGE LAKELAND BL :01: DISTURBANCE SHORE CENTER DR Customer attempted to steal doughnuts. Self serve register employee attempted to move the customers cart. The customer then struck the employee in the face and left the area. Police located the suspect and issued her an assault citation :27: THEFT NEWTON AV 7395C 16:54: E 276 ST DISTURBANCE - UNWANTED GUEST CRIMINAL DAMAGE ( EX-WIFE OUTSIDE BEATING ON DOORS AND SLASHED OUTDOOR FURNITURE UPHOLSTERY AND GAZEBO WITH BLADED OBJECT POSSIBLY KNIFE ) 16:07: EUCLID AV E 221 Unknown adult male offered a car ride to a 9 y/o female waiting at the bus stop for her school bus. 2 :20: THEFT-SHOPLIFTING LAKE SHORE BLVD Female responded to the register with items and then handed the bagged items two two small juvenile children and advised cashier that she forgot her debit card in the car and needed to get it. Once at her vehicle, the female pulled out of the business without paying. 7395E 08:58: DISTURBANCE - FIGHT BRUCE AV Male and female both stated that they assaulted each other. Neither party wanted to pursue any charges :44: E 222 ST TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT Complainant receiving harassing communications from known party. 13:15: LAKE SHORE BLVD Police responded to call of shots fired and someone screaming for help. Police arrived and learned that the gun shots heard was actually an apartment door that was stuck and the resident was yelling for help. The resident was able to open her door and leave prior to police arrival. Apartment management was made aware of the issue. No criminal activity located :03: ANIMAL BITES RENWOOD AV 5309B 14:41: HARASSMENT GENERAL 545 E 222 ST Female reported that her ex boyfriend was threatening to release nude photos of her and advise her job that she was using illegal drugs if he was not provided $ station house 15:50: THEFT EUCLID AV 15:49: ROSELAND AV THEFT Female advised that she moved and her chandelier was not given back to her but management advised that it was. 15:51: LAKE SHORE BLVD 1398B MENACING BY STALKING Male victim advised that a male who he knows is stalking him and threatened to shoot him. 2604B station house 16:43: LAKE SHORE BLVD 215A TAKING IDENTITY OF ANOTHER 16:07: E 193 ST 2330 THEFT-FROM MAILS Unknown suspect took package that contained tablet from mail room of apartment complex. The neighbor pointed the suspect out to the complainant, and the complainant recovered her license plate :07: MENACING 251 E 244 ST 202 Female was verbally threatened by her childs father :12: RECEIVE STOLEN VEHICLE 940 E 222 ST Stolen vehicle stopped, and all occupants fled on foot :40: DISTURBANCE LAKE SHORE BLVD 223 Male suspect pointed a gun and threatened to shoot another male in his apartment that was the brother and guest of the suspect's female roommate who was also on the lease as was the suspect :24: LAKE SHORE BLVD BREAKING AND ENTERING-FORCED ENTRY-NONRESID Someone entered an unattached garage, broke a car window, and stole items :10: THEFT-FROM AUTO EUCLID AV Uknown person(s) entered an unlocked vehicle that was parked in the business parking lot. 10:34: E 222 ST Allegation made that students were exposed to provocative pictures of a staff member at Euclid High School. Detectives investigated allegiation and determined that pictures were not disseminated to juveniles by staff member :54: DRUG ABUSE (FREE TEXT) 711 E 222 ST Juvenile female possessed marijuana inside of school. 10:58: THEFT STATION HOUSE 11:26: DISTURBANCE STATION HOUSE 661 E 185 ST 1 BLISS LN 12:11: CHARDON RD 2999 DAMAGE TO PROPERTY Community sign, and garden damaged by an unknown vehicle. RIOT EUCLID AV 631 E 222 ST A fight took place near the war memorial in front of the library. During the fight, a male stole a females phone. 7395E 16:06: DISTURBANCE - FIGHT 899 E 200 ST ASSAULT : TWO UNIDENTIFIED UNKNOWN MALES JUMPED OVER COUNTER AND BEGAN FIGHTING WITH AN EMPLOYEE :35: DRAKEFIELD AV OPEN CONTAINER IN PUBLIC PLACE Male subject was passed out on the front lawn two doors down from his residence with an open bottle of liquor :21: MENACING LAKE SHORE BLVD Postal worker was harassed by a male while on her route. 5481C 18:43: E 200 ST GOLLER AV LOUD MUSIC FROM MOTOR VEHICLE Male was stopped for a traffic violation and the odor of marijuana was detected by Police. The male was found to be in possession of 108 Oxycodone pills without a prescription. Male has a CCW permit and firearm which was seized. 19:53: E 260 ST BENTON AV A juvenile female stated that an unknown black male tried to lure her to his car. 8929L 21:56: K9 USAGE - MUTUAL AID E 200 ST NAUMANN AV A citizen called police stating they observed a black male dressed in all black clothing attempting to enter cars parked on Naumann Avenue. When police located the described male he fled on foot and was not located. 2203A 04:09: LAKELAND BL ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING-FORCE ENTRY-NONRESID window broken on bay door at rear of business allowing entry to be made into the business. While being detained by security, recklessly swung his arms and elbows, striking security officer :50: E 200 ST CARRYING CONCEALED WEAPONS Male called for a lockout and had an active warrant with the Wickliffe Police Department. Male didn't advise the officer that he had a CCW permit and was carrying a loaded handgun. Male was arrested on his warrant, gun (along with two other guns) was taken as evidence, male was issued a criminal citation for CCW. 11:22: THEFT-FROM AUTO * Station House * TREBEC AV 11:16: KENNISON AV 5411 OBEYING TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES Male fled from police on a traffic stop. 14:35: RICHMOND RD Unknown person has set up a campsite in the woods at Richmond Rd and Brush Rd. 2604B station house 15:33: S LAKE SHORE BL TAKING IDENTITY OF ANOTHER :35: GRAND THEFT-VEHICLE TRACY AV STOLEN AUTO : COMPLAINANT ADVISES SHE SAW HER CAR BEING TOWED OUT OF THE STREET BY A RUSTY TOW TRUCK ( PLATE NOT KNOWN ON EITHER VEHICLE OR SUSPECT VEHICLE ) :59: SHORE CENTER DR TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT Female made a report in regards to her ex girlfriend continuously texting/calling after being advised to stop. 17:58: GOLLER AV An unknown male attempted to enter a locked vehicle that was parked in a driveway. Officer's observed the fight and two juveniles were arrested :12: THEFT E 222 ST 19:35: SIDNEY DR :23: ANIMAL BITES 1363 CHARDON RD :27: MENACING 711 E 222 ST Juvenile female student made threats to do bodily harm to school security officer, when the female security officer is off duty. 12:20: E 249 ST Complainant is not calling them and the calls have been increasing using different long distance numbers. Some leave a message and mention him by name. Advised to contact his phone carrier as to how to stop these unwanted calls :20: AGGRAV MENACING RICHARDS AV Female in the Euclid PD lobby stating a male has been sending her threatening messages via text message :09: S LAKE SHORE BL BURGLARY-NO FORCE (FREE TEXT) Suspect(s) entered house and stole items from the house. Victim found items in the house and outside the house that were not there prior to her and her nanny leaving. Evidence was collected and the detective bureau was advised. 15:03: FISHER AV Male suspect and female suspect were trespassing on private property. Male suspect was in possession of drugs. Male was cited for criminal trespass and drug abuse. Female was cited for criminal trespass. All occupants of the vehicle arrested for weapon violations :24: SHOTS FIRED Shots fired-no victims or suspects located. 4170B 22:37: E 222 ST LAKELAND BL OPEN CONTAINER IN MOTOR VEHICLE driver found to have open container of beer in vehicle and driving under suspension :38: MARIJUANA-POSSESS LAKE SHORE BLVD Subject overdosed on heroin, Narcan administered x3...second subject had marijuana in possession, was cited and released on scene 5311H 05:14: SHORE CENTER DR DISORDERLY CONDUCT ; INTOXICATION Intoxicated female suspect was disorderly, posing a risk to herself, and was arrested for disorderly conduct intoxication :10: LAKE SHORE BLVD CRIMINAL DAMAGING OR ENDANGERING 07:21: ORMISTON AV 7395C DISTURBANCE - UNWANTED GUEST Male was arrested on an active warrant. 08:20: E 238 ST 2338B THEFT - CELL PHONE Male left the front passenger window down on his Buick overnight and someone entered his vehicle and took his keys and cell phone Page #: 7

Caller described her son as a black male wearing all green clothing :37: GRAND THEFT-VEHICLE 301 E 248 ST The victim stated unknown person(s) stole her white 2013 Cadillac SRX while it was parked on the street overnight. The key fob for her push start vehicle was in the center console. 08:58: LAKE SHORE BLVD 715 Female reported that her ex boyfriend was trespassing. Police did not locate the male. Female wished to file charges and warrant requests were completed :50: THEFT-LICENSE PLATE 732 LJUBLJANA DR Suspect stole Ohio temporary tag off of parked vehicle :27: ROBBERY-BUSINESS-STGARM EUCLID AV Unknown black male wearing all black clothing entered the store, grabbed the cash register, and ran out of the store with it. The register was later located inside of a dumpster on Brush Ave :21: BRUSH AV CRIMINAL DAMAGING OR ENDANGERING Complainants wall mounted air conditioning unit damaged :00: THEFT-FROM BLDG IVAN AV Complainant stated one of his care givers has been stealing cash and frozen TV dinners from him over the past month :13: FRAUD (FREE TEXT) LAKE SHORE BLVD Female suspect cashed two checks last year and then cashed the same two checks this month. Report was forwarded to detective bureau. 15:43: EUCLID AV 17:16: SAGAMORE DR 5309B HARASSMENT GENERAL Citizen reporting harassment from another party involved in a previous MVA 18:41: LAKE EDGE DR LAKE SHORE BLVD 2300 THEFT Female stated she dropped a single $100 bill on the sidewalk which was picked up by a group of juveniles. 9 traveling westbound on Lake Shore Blvd. towards SIMS park :28: E 237 ST BURGLARY-FORCED (FREE TEXT) Female states that her home was burglarized and several items are missing :59: E 246 ST THEFT-FIREARM/DANGEROUS ORDNANCE Victim stated his nephew stole four handguns and a shotgun from his bedroom. 20:23: E 260 ST Male caller states that he keeps hearing a male outside talking about him :01: E 240 ST THREATS - GENERAL 5416C 21:32: TURN AND STOP SIGNALS EUCLID AV DILLE RD A car was stopped for a traffic violation. Suspected felony narcotics were located on the driver's person. 3550C 23:13: DRUG PARAPHERNALIA POSSESS Male arrested on warrant during traffic stop :18: E 228 ST LAKE SHORE BLVD E 201 ST LAKE SHORE BLVD DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/ DRUGS Officer observed a vehicle make a moving violation and initiated a traffic stop. The driver was found to be intoxicated and arrested :48: DISTURBANCE 1380 E 276 ST 161 Male boyfriend broke windows of his girlfriends apartment, and continued to be offensive with her upon arrival :25: DISTURBANCE EUCLID AV 1 A female became so intoxicated that she damaged property and had to be restrained by her boyfriend. Police arrived and were unable to calm the female who was unable to care for herself and ultimately transported to the hospital :08: E 222 ST CRIMINAL DAMAGING OR ENDANGERING Male suspect smashed front screen door window pane with his hands. 5311H 04:11: GARDEN DR DISORDERLY CONDUCT ; INTOXICATION Officer were dispatched to a call of an unresponsive male lying in the grass. The male was found to be extremely intoxicated. He was transported to EGH and issued a criminal citation for disorderly conduct. Page #: 9
