Officer attempted contact with the occupants, and the vehicle fled. The vehicle drove west on Lakeshore Blvd at an extremely high rate of speed not stopping for red traffic signals and weaving around other cars. South Euclid made contact with the registered owner who provided Police with the name of the operator. Female has made several attempts to stop him but he continues to text her :26: MARIJUANA-POSSESS 651 WALNUT DR male trespassed onto property of resident and looked into mailbox. male was stopped by police and had marijuana on person and was arrested. 8999C 07:01: FOOT PURSUIT 442 CLEARVIEW DR An adult male attempted to make entry into the callers residence. The male fled from police on foot and threw a gun onto the garage roof of the apartment complex. The gun was recovered and found to be loaded. Police arrested the male after a short foot pursuit. 08:39: E 211 ST Unknown person kicked in vehicle door and damaged the mirror on the victim's vehicle. The suspect is described as a black male, 5'10-5'11, early 20's, missing both front teeth. Known heroine dealer. The caller stated that a black male pointed a handgun out of the window at passing motorist. The suspect vehicle pulled into "B-Stone" / Choices Plaza and exited the vehicle. Police stopped the suspect vehicle as it attempted to exit the parking lot. The chain was padlocked to the tree and padlocked around the dog's throat. The chain was bunched together, only allowing the dog approximately three foot of movement. Feces was on the ground around the dog. Male then left the area in a red Toyota Corolla headed southbound on E 185 St :50: BRUSH AV 121 COMPLAINTS - JUVENILE (FREE TEXT) Several juvenile females fighting and causing a disturbance. 14:51: FROM MAILS Victim had Amazon packages stolen LAKE SHORE BLVD :11: MARIJUANA-POSSESS EUCLID AV Male operator was stopped for an equipment violation and the odor of raw marijuana was detected. All parties were arrested for possession of marijuana. 10 2803B 17:44: Grand Theft Auto ROSELAND AV RECEIVE STOLEN PROPERTY (FELONY) - An unknown black male operating a stolen vehicle entered another vehicle that was left running and unattended at Euclid Ave and fled the scene in the vehicle. 19:37: FROM AUTO Items taken from unlocked vehicle BRUSH AV 20:43: EUCLID AV 2404 GRAND -VEHICLE Complainant states he parked his vehicle at the gas pump and his unknown female occupant stole the vehicle. 21:22: E 200 ST 5425 FAIL TO COMPLY WITH POLICE ORDER - NO PURSUIT Police attempted to stop a motorcylce for a license plate violation. The motorcycle fled from police. No pursuit. 22:07: DISTURBANCE Possible threats made EUCLID AV 23:55: LAKE SHORE BLVD 619 A male and a female were involved in a physical confrontation after the male stole the female's cell phone. The male had multiple warrants and was placed under arrest. 23:16: DISTURBANCE Arrest on warrant EUCLID AV 08/12/ :30: E 256 ST FROM YARDS Lawn mower taken from back yard. 08/12/ :26: LAKE SHORE BLVD 2404 GRAND -VEHICLE Female let her boyfriend drive her vehicle. He was supposed to return the vehicle yesterday 8/11/2018 and the male did not. 08/12/ :59: EUCLID AV 2411 UNAUTHORIZED USED OF A MOTOR VEHICLE Female allowed a male to use her vehicle and now is having trouble getting it back. 08/12/ :50: BABBITT RD Male returned to his residence to find damage to his windows and door. Upon speaking with male he did not know today's date, month, or year. Male also stated officers were not at his house earlier today. Officer's conducted a welfare check on the male earlier this morning. 08/12/ :24: GRAND BL Approximately 60 ATV and dirt bikes driving recklessly on and off the roadway.
