Officer attempted contact with the occupants, and the vehicle fled. The vehicle drove west on Lakeshore Blvd at an extremely high rate of speed not stopping for red traffic signals and weaving around other cars. South Euclid made contact with the registered owner who provided Police with the name of the operator. Warrant requests were submitted for the operator :21: GRAND -VEHICLE 1491 E 196 ST vehicle taken with keys in driveway Recovered by Garfierld Hts Pd and cleared from LEADS by CVD. The male fled from police on foot and threw a gun onto the garage roof of the apartment complex. The gun was recovered and found to be loaded. The caller stated that a black male pointed a handgun out of the window at passing motorist. The suspect vehicle pulled into "B-Stone" / Choices Plaza and exited the vehicle. Police stopped the suspect vehicle as it attempted to exit the parking lot. Male then left the area in a red Toyota Corolla headed southbound on E 185 St :50: BRUSH AV 121 COMPLAINTS - JUVENILE (FREE TEXT) Several juvenile females fighting and causing a disturbance. 14:51: FROM MAILS Victim had Amazon packages stolen LAKE SHORE BLVD :11: MARIJUANA-POSSESS EUCLID AV Male operator was stopped for an equipment violation and the odor of raw marijuana was detected. All parties were arrested for possession of marijuana. Two passengers had outstanding warrants as well :56: SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY EUCLID AV 301 Complainant states that she has not seen or heard from her son in several days and is concerned for his welfare :40: MENACING 482 CLEARVIEW DR N Male threatened that he was going to kill victim over the phone. The motorcycle fled from police.
