1 InfoPack IMPROaction Berlin About the project Between 11th and 19th of April in Berlin 30. youth workers and youth leaders from Germany, Poland, Macedonia, Slovenia, Italy, Greece, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Turkey will meet in Abenteuerzentrum im Grunewald to take part in IMPROaction project. Project is connecting the entrepreneurship with improvisation, in the various of non formal methodology participants will improve their entrepreneurship skills with use of improvisation techniques. Participants will learn about the entrepreneurship, improvisation, creative thinking, and solving problems techniques. The aim of the project -Increase knowledge about entrepreneurship -Improve entrepreneurship skills -Improve knowledge and skills about social change -Learn how to use improvisation in entrepreneur field -Learn improvisation techniques -Improve creative thinking -Increase skills of solving the problems

2 Venue Project will take place in youth hostel Abenteurzentrum Im Grunewald in Berlin(Grunewald-district). The centre is situated in a forest, in calm and nice area of Berlin- Grunewald. Nevertheless it is not a fancy hotel, but a youth centre with rather scout conditions: big rooms, common bathrooms, long hall and some common spaces for the free-time. Next to the centre there is a high rope courses, outside ping-pong tables, swings, barbecues, the forest and a beautiful lake. Participants will live in three big rooms (7 beds) and three small rooms(2,3,4 beds) separated by gender. All workshops will take place in the area of youth hostel. During the project there would be full catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner and two coffee breaks). If anyone who is vegan or vegetarian in your group (or who has some allergic problems), please inform us about this. It is especially important for us to know about diets/allergies/special needs. 3 Travel Before buying tickets ask us about travel plan! Tickets can be purchased from 10 st of February, NOT EARLIER. Below is description how to get to our accommodation from airports, train and bus station. From TEGEL airport: In front of the airport you need to take the 109 (direction Zoologischer Garten). On the bus stop called Adenauerplatz you need to get off and change for the X10 (direction Teltow Stadt) or M29 (direction Roseneck). By this bus get to the bus stop Roseneck/Teplitzer Strasse. You are almost there, just follow the map below (up to 12 minutes walking). From SCHOENEFELD airport: Find the S-bahn station Flughafen Berlin-Schönefeld Bhf (city train in Berlin). Search for the big in order to find the station. There take the train S45 (direction S Südkreuz) and go to the last station Südkreuz. In Südkreuz change to the train number S41 (direction Ring) and get to the station Halensee. There you need to walk out of the station (there is only one exit) and cross the street in order to get the X10 (direction Teltow Stadt) or M29 (Direction Roseneck). By this bus get to the bus stop Roseneck/Teplitzer Strasse. You are almost there, just follow the map below (12 minutes walking). From HAUPTBAHNHOF: You need to take train S5 or S7 (direction Spandau or Potsdam) to Zoologische Garten and then X10 (direction Teltow Stadt). By this bus get to the bus stop Roseneck/Teplitzer Strasse. You are almost there, just follow the map below (12 minutes walking). From ZOB (ZENTRALER OMNIBUSBAHNHOF) Central Bus Station: You need to take train S41 to the station Halensee. There you need to walk out of the station (there is only one exit) and cross the street in order to get the X10 (direction Teltow Stadt) or M29 (Direction Roseneck). By this bus get to the bus stop Roseneck/Teplitzer Strasse. You are al most there, just follow the map below (12 minutes walking).

4 Reimbursement of travel costs The travel cost for all participants are covered by Erasmus+ program up to the national limit which you can see in the table. The money will be reimbursement in the end of the project after participants will give to the team all tickets and boarding passes. Please do not buy your tickets before approving it with us. 5 What to bring -Comfortable clothes and shoes for the workshops which will take place indoor and outdoor, -Towel, slippers for the shower, cosmetics, -Cameras, laptops (in the end of the project we will share our pictures from the project), -European insurance card, -Traditional food, drinks and souvenirs for intercultural evenings Please prepare some presentation(without using computer and projector), about your countries, region traditions. We will make short presentation of our cultures during the intercultural evenings. It is up to you how you will involved the rest team to your show about your culture.
