The address is: Jugendbildungszentrum Blossin e. V. Waldweg Heidesee/OT Blossin It is not so easy to go the city on your own as the bus connection is not good. That means you also cannot go to a supermarket easily. Please consider this when packing! Of course we will be able to get 4
5 things from the supermarket upon request with the car. Also there are some options to buy snacks and drinks in the venue. We will stay in Blossin until 10 th of November. Then we will move to Potsdam and stay the last night in the youth hostel. Accommodation Blossin is a Youth Hostel. You will be accommodated in shared 2-bed rooms. Generally, there will be no gender-mixed rooms. The whole group will stay in the same building. Our working room is planned to be in the same building. If you have a special request regarding accessibility, please let us know as soon as possible! In the Youth Hostel in Potsdam we will be accommodated in shared bed rooms with more persons from our group. Meals: There will be three meals provided for you per day. Also there will be coffee breaks. At least one of the meals will be warm. The meals will take place in the Youth Hostel. The kitchen is able to provide food for people with special needs. So please let us know if you are allergic, if you are vegetarian or vegan, or if you are requiring a special diet due to religious reasons. Only when we know about this beforehand we can provide you your meals in a proper way! Make sure you announce it to us! Just a remark: In Germany it is normal to only eat a warm meal once per day, normally for lunch. For the other meals we eat a lot of bread and sandwiches. What to bring with you: - Passport or ID-Card - Travel and Health Insurance papers - Comfortable clothes - Flip flops/ etc. for the shower - Your swimsuit if you want (there is a lake if it is not too cold for you) - Your cosmetics and other things for your everyday needs - personal prescribed medication - enough warm clothes for November in Germany - two pin plug extension for your electronic devices - Games and Music for the free time - Energy and Motivation! - Good mood :) What to prepare: During the training course you will have a chance to present your experiences with the prevention of right-wing extremism in your country. You also should be able to speak about right-wing extremism in your country. Please prepare also some information about your NGO as we want to include some elements where we want to establish new cooperations. On Monday evening we are planning to have a culture night where you have the chance to present your culture, city, region or country to the other participants. For this occasion, it would be nice if you could prepare something. 5
