2 Topic The goal of this project is networking and knowledges sharing between europeans organisation, alongside environmental awareness. The program of the week consist of workshops lead by the différents organisations, networking activities and actual cleaning of wilds areas (beach cleaning and path cleaning in the Calanques National Park. Twenty five participants from five organisations (Environmental and/or youth oriented) will be host in Marseille during eight days. The anticipated impact of this project is environmental awareness for the participants, the acquisition of new tools to tackle those issues and the networking of organisations. In the long run, we hope to see an increasing number of similar initiatives (cleaning and awareness) instigated by Europeans organisations. 4 Location : Marseille : nature sites in south west Europe. Marseille was founded 2600 years ago by the Greeks meeting another, more ancient civilization, the Ligurians (already here for several thousands of years). Thanks to its rich history of cultural exchanges, it has become a true social melting pot. Marseille has also been elected the European Capital of Culture It is a big city bordered by the calanques wich consists of limestone cliffs, fjords and rocky promontories plunging into the Mediterranean, for about 20 km of coastline immediately to the south east of Marseille. This place is in top 5 of most beautiful Even if we are in the South of France, in december, the temperature can be cold, so do not forget to take warm clothes. For the hiking in the Calanque, you need: hiking shoes, backpack and windstopper. Hello Marseille provides linen and cover, but you have to bring your own towel. Accommodation Hello Marseille is a young non profit project based on the experience of our team after several years working and travelling around the world. Our international team of volunteers develops its own cooperation activities and runs a cozy and safe hostel to best accommodate our traveller friends in town. We promote through our efforts the idea of human values, sustainable development, alternative economy and non profit lifestyle. Hello Marseille is an attempt to create a societal entrepreneurship platform encouraging economic transition and ethics. We develop best practices and a lifestyle that enables the switch from a dominant «commercial» society to a more balanced society. We can accommodate 24 persons in 6 dormitory. We also have a big living room and a common kitchen. We are located in the very center of the city just near the Vieux Port and the famous Canebière.

5 Documents : Passport Copy Visa Copy (if needed) Inscription form filled Travelling : Transportation fees will be reimbursed by us. The amount depend of the distance between your city and Marseille : Romania, Italy and Turkey : 170 / person for transportation Azerbaidjan : 400 / person for visas (for the 10 participants from Turkey and Azerbaidjan ) IMPORTANT: make bills, invoices and save them We will reimburse your costs, after we get the original invoices AND tickets.!important! Ask an invoice for your organization s name from every transport you use or ticket you buy. INVOICE in French language is REÇU (pronunciation: RESU) To be refunded you need to provide us with all documents of travel expenses (invoice, tickets or boarding passes). So please remember those words: REÇU and TICKET are the key during your whole travel! Please keep in mind that we cannot refund expenses if we do not receive the required documentation since we would not be repaid by the Erasmus+ National Agency. Special needs : We need to know: is somebody has a special diet (vegetarian, etc...) or food allergy (gluten allergy, etc...)? any illness or sickness, allergy? should we need to prepare with any medicine or special treatment? any special needs? Please fill in the dedicated form.

6 Organisation : Our project are based on the self management principles. We are going to create group composed by a member of each organisation. Each group will be in charge of a night (food + activities) About the costs : food, accomodation and activities in Marseille are covered by the Erasmus+ grant, so by Hello Marseille.
