We have implemented a new online system that allows you to renew and pay for your booth space at the 2017 ICSC Whistler Conference through our official floor plan management system, Map Your Show. Availability Exhibit space applications must be completed online and full payment must be received by Friday, October 15, Companies that fail to meet this deadline will lose their 2017 priority booth location status. There are no exceptions. After October 16, all rights of first refusal are revoked, and remaining booth space is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. ICSC member companies are given first priority to all booth assignments, as are companies who have reserved guestrooms at the Hotel. Applications cannot be processed without payment.
