Job files This series "Job Files" has been arranged by the firm in a numerical sequence, each job receiving an individual number. Although one sequence has been produced it appears that some anomalies of date and number may mean that more than one sequence was originally produced. For instance a wood residence erected for Mr. B.A. Reader at Kangaroo Point uses job 472 and the period while the conversion of a residence to flats for Mrs. Hughes in 1938 bears the job number 167. The files contain correspondence, contracts, sketches, specifications, accounts and plans. The series of plans which were kept separate form another series and the job files are correlated with them by job number.
