1 Dear Potential Exhibitor, The European Society for Sugar Technology (ESST) and the Verein Deutscher Zuckertechniker (VDZ) will organize the 6th ESST Conference in Poznań in May This conference will be the 6th pan-european conference for sugar technology bringing together sugar technologists from all European sugar producing countries. The 6th ESST Congress will be held in 2nd floor of Pavillon 15 (Earth Hall) of Poznań International Fair. This venue has successfully hosted many conferences and exhibitions. The 2nd floor encompasses a large exhibition hall next to the conference hall. The Get-together on Monday at the start of the conference, the coffee breaks and the Poster sessions will take place within the exhibition area. The conference sessions as such will take place adjacent to the exhibition. The European Society for Sugar Technology and the Verein Deutscher Zuckertechniker recognize the importance of the exhibition as an integral part of the conference. The organizers will ensure that the exposure of exhibitors to conference delegates is maximized. 5 Additional Information stands Setup of stands on 27 May: 8 am to 1 pm Decommissioning of exhibition stands: 29 May: 1 pm to 5 pm. Please use only doublesided Scotch tape. No nails, screws or drills on the walls. Additional furniture/equipment Please order through Poznań International Fair (MTP). You find the available equipment on The order form can be downloaded from the ESST website / exhibition. Please send a copy of your order also to us (ilsa-bruhns@bartens.com). Orders must be received by MTP till 26 April Parking A parking lot is available on the premisses of the Poznan International Fair. Please use the West Entrance at ul. Sniadeckich 25 Internet Free WIFI Access everywhere. Access is limited to a simple use ( and Internet connection). The transfer speed is not suitable for downloads, high-speed presentations and depends on the number of users at any one time. High speed Internet connection is available on request. Stand cleaning The general cleaning of the exhibition (aisles and stand carpets) is carried out by the organizers every day before opening time. Further cleaning can be ordered on request.
