IDCE s Purpose The purpose of IDCE is to create opportunities for public and private sector industry professionals across multiple inter-related disciplines addressing catastrophic events to convene. 5 REGISTRATION Full Conference Package registration fee includes continental breakfast and lunch as outlined in the conference schedule (subject to change) as well as one ticket for the Welcome Reception on Tuesday night and one ticket for the IDCE Networking Reception on Wednesday night. Guest tickets to these social events are not included and must be purchased as a separate item on the primary attendee s registration. Individual day passes on the Daily Conference Rate or the Student Daily Conference Rate DO NOT include a ticket to the IDCE Networking Reception on Wednesday night and will need to be purchased separately. - See more at: internationaldisasterconference.com. Registration Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy Attendee registrations made by December 23, 2014 will be eligible for a refund (less 30% administrative fee) if the cancellation request is received in writing by 11:59 PM CST on December 23, Registrations that cancel without proper notice are NOT eligible to receive a refund. Given our cost structure of IDCE, there are no exceptions to this policy. Any cancellation requests received after December 23, 2014 will NOT be eligible for a refund.
