Schedule 11Regional Charges: The Sch 11Regional Rates are determined from the combined Regional ATRRs of all T.O. PROJECT AREAS. **KEEP IN MIND : Each additional $ to these ZONAL TOTALS will drive up rates for that ZONE. **KEEP IN MIND : Each additional $ to this REGIONAL TOTAL will drive REGIONAL rates up.
