The fee will be charged once per company, which means that we allow (at most) two participants per company. 1. Hotels The reservation of the hotels in Chile and Uruguay will be made by the respective German Chamber of Commerce Abroad. They payment of the hotels will be carried out locally by each participant ( via credit card or cash) Costs of the hotels: - Chile: Per night and person about 120 Euro - Uruguay: Per night and person about 100 Euro 2. Flight recommendations All flights will be booked individually by each participant. One exception is the booking of a charter plane that will made by the LAV. (For further information see point 2c). 4 *(Arrival: 02 nd Dec. 2011) Economy Class: Price per person 1.664,05 Euro plus 40,38 Euro ticket charge Price per person 4.127,05 Euro plus 40,38 Euro ticket charge - In case that you ll book TAM: They offer a connection by train to/from Frankfurt, which will cost 80 Euro for Economy Class and 150 Euro for Business Class on top. c) Charter flight within Uruguay: Montevideo-Rivera-Paysandú In Uruguay a charter plane of the private airline AirClass will be booked for the visit of the producer of wood and operator of the company URUFOR in Rivera (29 th Nov. 2011) and the continuation flight to Paysandú. The charter of the plane amounts about 350 Euro / person. The price will be apportioned to the actual number of participants. The participants will receive an invoice of the amount to pay after the journey. 3. Third-party charges a) The prices below include the following services: Organisation, coordination, support and attendance of the entire schedule, the logistics on site as well as the creation of a delegation booklet and CD with the company presentations. Herefore the LAV charges the following amount per participant : Price for the forestry journey to Chile and Uruguay: Price for the forestry journey to Chile only: Price for the forestry journey to Uruguay only: Not included in this price are hotels, flights and meals. b) Conditions of payment and cancelation The payment will be made according to the invoice of the Lateinamerika Verein e.v. (LAV). The Lateinamerika Verein e.v. precludes the liability for any cases of damage during the journey. The LAV will try to adhere to the schedule announced. The LAV nevertheless reserves the right to carry out changes if necessary in order to ensure a smooth course of the journey. In case of a cancelation, the journey cancelation charges are 25% from the 23 rd of October 2011, 50 % from the 06 th of November 2011 and in any case of nonattendance 100% of the prices mentioned above.

5 4. Visa As a German citizen neither in Chile nor in Uruguay you need a visa. At the point of time you enter Chile/Uruguay your passport has to be valid for both countries at least for six months. 5. Clothing and climate For the numerous business meetings in Santiago de Chile and Montevideo we recommend to wear Business clothing. With regard to our planed project visits we recommend sturdy shoes. We will further inform you about the prevailing temperatures shortly before our departure.
