2 2 No Government Notices MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES No COMMENCEMENT OF PART III OF THE MEDICAL AID FUNDS ACT, 1995 Under the powers vested in me by section 47(2) of the Medical Aid Funds Act, 1995 (Act 23 of 1995), I hereby determine that Part III of that Act shall come into operation on 1 February NICKEY IYAMBO MINISTER OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES, 15 January 1996 MINISTRY OF FISHERIES & MARINE RESOURCES No AMENDMENT OF SEA FISHERIES REGULATIONS The Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources has under section 32 of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1992 (Act 29 of 1992), made the regulations set out in the Schedule. SCHEDULE 1. In this Schedule "the Regulations" means the Sea Fisheries Regulations, promulgated by Government Notice 1 of 1993, as amended by Government Notices 2 of 1994, 204 of 1994 and 88 of The Regulations are hereby amended by the substitution of the following annexure for Annexure Q: "ANNEXUREQ REPUBLIC OF NAMIBIA MINISTRY OF FISHERIES & MARINE RESOURCES SEA FISHERIES ACT, CONVERSION FACTORS APPLICABLE FOR FISH CAUGHT IN NAMffiiAN WATERS For the purpose of determining the mass of any processed fish landed in Namibia
