Because we strongly believe that in order to better sell a destination is very important to have knowledge of it, we are delighted to be able to invite you to take advantage of this opportunity. Please note the following details of this exclusive Fam trip invitation and kindly read carefully the attached itinerary: The cost includes : 1. All services included as shown in the attached itinerary. (All 5*** ++ accommodation) 2. Due that the sailing travel dates are during High Season, both the ship and the resorts listed are running high occupancy during this time and hence they have requested an immediate confirmation of participants. Therefore in order to secure your space, we must have your payment no later than Friday, August 24, This only will confirm your attendance. Due to the limited number of participants allowed, this invitation is based on a first come first served basis. 3. Please send the following documents to our office: A) Payment for the total cost of the 9 nights trip as shown in the attached itinerary is US$ 1, per person payable by agency check or if payment is by Credit Card, it will be processed through PayPal. (3.5 % additional cc fee will be added) Let us know urgently which form of payment you wish to use and we will send you the invoice) (The cost includes all the services as shown based on single luxury occupancy in cabin and in hotel accommodation, meals on the ship, etc.(all inclusions & exclusions listed in the itinerary attached) ). Should you be traveling with a spouse/companion you will then be sharing together. *Spouses/companions pay an additional $ supplement in addition to the cost stated above. (The spouse must also be with an IATA/ARC card and a full/part time employee) ** (Note: Due to the much restricted ship & hotel s guidelines, the payment is non-refundable should you wish to cancel your participation at any time prior to the departure or after payment has been received. 4 Page 4 ** The ship sails on September 29 & returns October 6, 2018 henceforth we need to arrive a day before and depart a day later. 5. VISA To enter Indonesia no Visa is required. However note that a valid US passport of at least six (6) months from the date of entry into the country is required. 7. Please advise the number of bags that you will be traveling with. Attached please find the wonderful itinerary prepared especially for you. In an order to make sure that all is well before the departure date, it is necessary that we hear from you as soon as possible but no later than Friday, August 24, 2018 ** Note: Should you want to bring along a colleague, from the same office or another agency whom you know fulfills the guidelines of a bona fide Travel Agent, he/she is most welcomed. Also, should you not be able to attend, please pass this on to someone in your office whom you feel may benefit from this wonderful educational experience. IMPORTANT NOTE: A&A S.E.
