4 ILTM AMERICAS: NEED TO KNOW VENUE INFORMATION ILTM Americas 2015 will be held at the Convention Centre, Fairmont Mayakoba Resort, Riviera Maya, Mexico from Monday 28 September - Thursday 1 October. BADGE & BAG COLLECTION (BUYERS ONLY) All ILTM Americas buyers can collect their bag and badge from the buyers welcome desk at your allocated hotel from 14:00-20:00 on Sunday 27 September and from 08:00-19:00 Monday 28 September - Thursday 1 October. ILTM Americas is an invitation only event. Please ensure your badge is worn at all times throughout the event and during the evening networking functions. EXHIBITIOR BADGE AND BAG COLLECTION Available from ILTM Americas Registration desk at the Fairmont Convention Centre, 12:00-18:00 Monday 28 September and 08:00-18:00 Tuesday 29 September. BREAKS There are two hosted coffee breaks during the day from 11:00-11:20 (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and in the afternoon at 16:00-16:20 (Tuesday & Wednesday) and 15:40-16:00 (Thursday). LUNCHES This year we have introduced a wide variety of different lunch options to suit every taste and to allow you to enjoy the Fairmont Mayakoba resort to the maximum. Whatever your preference, we recommend your lunch reservation is made in advance at the Lunch Concierge Desk in the main entrance of ILTM Americas. Options include: Healthy living menu at the Willow Stream Spa Nature and healthy living menu as you tour the resort via the Hotel s Trajnera boats Teishouku oriental menu in the Hotel s lobby bar Latin Asian fusion buffet in El Puerto restaurant Mexican buffet in La Laguna restaurant Seafood & Grill at Las Brisas restaurant Italian menu at Café Maya Outdoor Grill at Hotel Pool All options include a three-course meal and nonalcoholic beverage for $32 including tax & service. Alternatively, we offer Deli options, stationed throughout ILTM Americas, where a variety of wraps, sandwiches, salads are available for $17 including non-alcoholic beverage. N.B. Water will be provided throughout the day in the meeting rooms. WHAT TO WEAR ILTM Americas takes place in a tropical environment so relax and be comfortable in whatever your clothing choice. 4

TRANSFER INFORMATION For ease, there will be transfers throughout the event between the Banyan Trees, Fairmont and Rosewood Mayakoba for all ILTM Americas guests. Guests can trasnfer effortlessly between each property via shuttle service. Please ask in the lobby or reception. Each journalist attends the event to source news and stories and meet with contacts, new and old. The Media Centre can be found in the Flamboyan room. Each appointment is oneto-one and will last for 15 minutes, with a 5 minute break in-between for participants to prepare for the next appointment.

This will take place at Rosewood Mayakoba and transfers will be available from the Fairmont main entrance. Shuttle transfers will be available at 18:00 at the Fairmont and will transfer between the Rosewood, Banyan Tree and Fairmont throughout the event. ILTM AMERICAS CLOSING PARTY Thursday 1 October 20:00 00:00 BANYAN TREE, MAYAKOBA Please join us in celebrating the success of the week and enjoy the finest Mexican hospitality. Guests will be transferred from their respective hotels to an impressive welcome at the beachside pool, where you ll have the chance to enjoy the flavours of Mexico and Thailand from Banyan Tree s infamous Tamarind and Saffron restaurants. Things will then move to the dance floor so bring your dancing flip flops. Shuttle transfers will be available at 19:30 at the Fairmont and will transfer between the Rosewood, Banyan Tree and Fairmont throughout the event. 9
