2 ABOUT THE eastern region conference The CIH Eastern conference is the region s annual housing event and attracts over 200 professionals. The conference will provide great opportunities for networking with colleagues and learning about the latest challenges and issues in the Eastern region. We are bringing together the leading housing experts in the sector who will provide policy, strategic and government updates, share good practice with delegates and offer solutions to the issues organisations may face. We are providing more sessions than ever to accommodate the fast-paced changing environment that housing professionals are currently facing. This year s conference is all about Thinking big, making it happen in the housing sector. Over the two days informative keynotes and interactive sessions will provide information on how we can overcome new and emerging challenges and continue to deliver housing services which meet the diverse needs of our customers.

3 Who, where and When? WHO WILL ATTEND? This is a must for everyone working in housing chief officers; directors; tenants; residents; board members, managers and operational service staff from across the Eastern region. There is something to suit everyone on different days. You will gain an insight into some of the key issues in the region and have the opportunity to network with colleagues from other organisations. 4 The event will house an exhibition in the pre function area situated just outside the main conference room and also several space only stands in other areas of the hotel. The refreshment breaks will be served within the exhibition areas with lunch served in the restaurant. 16 Think tank sessions 500 +VAT There will be a variety of think tank sessions taking place over the 2 days of the conference. A booking will be guaranteed on receipt of this completed and signed booking form which you need to return to kirsty.bates@cih.org or sean.henderson@cih.org F. Cancellation of Events We may have to cancel an event, in which case all sponsorship and exhibition fees will be refunded. No liability will be accepted for other associated costs, such as pre booked accommodation or travel. B. Once your exhibition/ sponsorship package has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice for 100% of your total booking. Please advise the correct contact details, address and any purchase order numbers for the invoices in advance so we can ensure they are printed on the invoices correctly. C. If you cancel a booking you will be charged 100% of your booking. D. Please keep a photocopy of the booking form for your records. E.
