1 MOUSSAC INFO N 20 MaY -June 20 The Mayor's note After the closing of the administrative account, the Town Council is preparing the 20 budget. Last year, many of you bene fitted with the «multiservice» shop reopening which gives us the oppurtunity to have a corner shop. A project of a shop extension is under consideration in order to widen the range of customer services. Due to the current crisis and austerity measures, obtaining aids from the state, regional and local authorities is harder, needs patience, determination and long-term and involved work. Despite some difficulties the la Vergne sewage system should finally end in the short term. applied for for «la Halle», the work should begin in the near future.. Furthermore, we are working on the cemetery extension.. As we couldn't reach an agreement with the plot of the land owner, we will have to launch a compulsory purchase which might take a long time. Some renovation works will be done in the «salle polyvalente», the church, the town hall, and the old presbytery. These are some of the projects undertaken by the Town Council. I will keep you informed of the progress of our work in the next «Moussac Info». We opted for the NCA company which will be in charge of verifying the private sewage and make a diagnosis. At first the NCA company has organized a meeting in order to informe you. Le Conseil Municipal a décidé d affecter le résultat d exploitation sur l exercice 20 comme suit : Résultat cumulé à affecter Besoin d investissement Solde à reporter The MOULIN CHAUVET area 0 830, , ,68 Legibility of the services offered in the «Montmorillonnais» area campgrounds In order to improve the harmonization of the Municipal camping grounds in the Montmorillonais area, a task group of the SMPM Tourism Committee has written specification and made a tender. The «Détente consultant cabinet» has responded to the invitation to tender. It will view all the camping grounds, including the Moussac one, meet the persons in charge and do an in-depth study. The CEMETERY The cemetery extension The cemetery is reaching saturation point( 2 double graves and about 20 single graves remain available). The legislator requires for an ash scattering area, an ossuary and a columbarium. All the plots of land next to the cemetery belong to the same owner. We contacted the owner who wants to sell not only the plot of land we need for the extension but all the land next to the cemetery. However, the administration of Domains valued the land and we decided to offer an amount of 25,000 for all the land (i.e 2, 64 m²). The owner refused our proposal, he considers it insufficient and values his property about 48,000. Therefore, as the cemetery needs an extension, we are launching a compulsory purchase in connection with the plot of land needed. Renovation of Council building s The «Salle polyvalente» : Paint estimate : 3457,33 ATI, Millwork estimate : 278,99 ATI. The Church and bell tower : Roof and gutter renovation estimate: 7692,0 ATI. The Town hall : Roof renovation estimate : 860,36 ATI. The Town Council accepted the estimates and decided to ask the CCM for grants ( as part of the village support funds). Traffic safety

3 In order to secure the traffic on the RD 25 road at «Le Port», a convex mirror will be fixed on the streetlight at the village entrance. Likewise, another mirror will be fixed in «la Barbade» at the RD8 road in front of the VC road. The Town Council will buy the mirrors and they will be fixed by council workers. SEWAGE SYSTEM In September 20 A closing public meeting The NCA head will present a summary of the checking of the Moussac private sewage systems. Each owner will receive from the NCA a report ( «rapport diagnostic») concerning his own sewage system and will be charged 35 for it. The 20 sewage system rates The rates for all the houses connected or connectable to the sewage system are set as follow for each consumer : A fixed rate : 55.00, 0.53 per water cubic metre, The charge for the sewage system renovation is notified by the «Agence de l Eau». Private sewage system checking On November 5 th 200, the implementation of the private sewage disposal system( SPANC) has been decided. The NCA company is in charge of this implementation which will be managed as follow : INFORMATION the CCAS During the meeting, on March 8 th 20, the 200 accounts have been approved and the 20 Budget voted. The next Christmas show for the Moussac's children has been chosen: «Qu'est-ce que le cirque?». the «Sauve qui peut» company will perform on December 4 th 20. The usual «Goûter des anciens» will take place on December 6 th 20. The Municipal services Since March, the Municipal services have a new engine: a «cureuse de fossés». On Thursday May 9 th at p.m at the Moussac «salle polyvalente» The NCA head has organized a public information meeting in Moussac. On June, July or even August 20 The NCA will have an appointment with each owner and realize «études diagnostics». The study of each private sewage system must allow to specify the operating conditions of the sewage system in service and point out the renovations which might have to be done. The «Salle Polyvalente» rental agreement amendment In the event that tenants wouldn't keep the room clean and tidy,it has been decided to

4 establish a 20 per hour rate for the cleaning according to duration. Before any use, an appointment must be made with M.Daniel CHARTIER to get the keys. An inventory for state of repair will be made at the end of each tenancy. ponies, a walk discovering the butterfies with the Lathus CPIE, rugby, badminton, Partnership with the Lathus CPA The Lathus CPA has approached the Town Council in order to make stays and activities easier for the children and teenagers during the summer holidays. The Town Council has decided that a 25 grant will be allowed to each Moussac child and teenager attending a LATHUS CPA stay in July or August 20. The «P tites balades «in the Montmorillonnais area The 20 «P'tites balades» walk programme is available either in the Town Hall or on the «Montmorillonais»area website: an evening games, a «Boum», in short a lot of fun moments A sporting camp has been offered to the older( from to 7): accro-branches (high ropes adventure), tennis, canyoning a barbecue and «video» evening. The last «Accueil de Loisirs» for the 6 to 2 was a special «Mother's day» surprise on Wednesday, May th at 4.30.p.m in the «multi-activités» room. The ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES In MAY Le COIN des ANIMATIONS The The «Club du Temps Libre» has organized a belote contest on Thursday, May 2th in the «salle polyvalente» and invites you to visit its new website : The «ANIMATIONS MUNICIPALES» temps--libre.monsite libre.monsite- orange.fr «Accueil de Loisirs» From Monday, April 8th to Wednesday 20th, 20 children from 6 to 2 attended a holiday camp organized in the Moulin Chauvet mobile-homes. Some children spent the two days at the holiday camp, others joined us either for a day or a half-day. The The MCK has organized the kayak local event on Saturday, May 4th at 2.00.p.m. at the canoeing community site. Initiation activities have been offered: canoeing down the river, slalom, sprint, kayak-polo, river trip. 5 On Wednesday, May 25 th, at 3.30.p.m. A board game afternnoon took place. In JUNE Gaëtan and Damien GUYONNET towards the bronze medal during the world cup competition at SORT (Spain) Gaëtan and Damien GUYONNET, MCK members, have been selected at the LA PLAGNE(73) contest to be in the French team At SORT (Spain), they competed in the word cup two first rounds ( down the river in a two-seater canoeing in the senior class) The st round: a classic racing, was on Friday, April 5 th. They were 5 th position (22 29 ) and confirm their progress in classic racing. The 2 nd round: a sprint, was on Saturday, April 6 th. Gaëtan and Damien won the 3 rd place, with , and the bronze medal. ( Only two hundredths of a second from the silver medal). Following their footsteps, the young have had good results : as they won local and regional medals. MOUSSAC toujours is organising its «friends of Moussac» gathering on Saturday, May 28 th from a.m. The «Queaux-Moussac» Football Club organises its annual gathering meal on Sunday, May 29 th at the «halle du moulin Chauvet». Médi@Moussac offer : From May 7 th to May 30 th an «herbier en dentelle» exhibition and on Saturday, May 7 th a button making course have been organised. The Festival Committee is organising belote and petanque competitions, on June 5 th, from 2.30.p.m. In the Moulin Chauvet area, The Moussac «Temps Libre» Club is organising a picnic on Thursday, June 9 th at the «halle», The local «Temps Libre» clubs organise their annual picnic on June 6 th at the «moulin Chauvet» area, The ACCA has planned its general meeting on Sunday, June 9 th, in the morning at the «Salle polyvalente», The «Une école, un village» association is organising a picnic on Friday, June 24 th, from 7.00.p.m. At the «Halle». Médi@Moussac have planned a «Tales» activity on Wednesday, June 29 th from 3.30.p.m. In JULY The «Atelier expression ession corporelle» Club will celebrate its tenth birthday and put on its show on Saturday, July 2 nd at 6.00.p.m. at the «Salle polyvalente». This show is organised in partnership with Médi@Moussac. A picnic will be organised after the show. Bring your picnic basket.. The «Temps Libre» Club is organising a belote on Thursday, July 7 th at the «Salle polyvalente», The all Moussac associations organise the «la fête des associations» on the Bastille Day, July 4 th at the «moulin Chauvet» area, The Festival Committee mittee is organising belote and petanque competitions on Sunday, July 7 th at 2.30.p.m at the «moulin Chauvet» area. Médi@Moussac offer a game activity on Wednesday, July 27 th from 3.00.p.m.

6 In AUGUST The CPIE offers a «un spectacle de cirque» show on Thursday, August 8 th at the «moulin Chauvet» area. This show is a part of the «cirque en tournée» 3th th tour. The «performers» are young people from to 7 who will spend 2 weeks rehearsing the show before playing at several places, including Moussac. The Festival Committee is organising its «fête de la plage» and garage-sale on August 4 th at the «moulin Chauvet» area, Médi@Moussac offer a «Tales» activity on Wednesday, August 3 st from 3.30.p.m.
