7 A unified economy Project goal: Unification of billing in city including city funded and fouded organizations; transparent use of city finances; simplification of work with information - accounting, orders, invoices, human resources; supervisor's position to see all financial data for individual organizations, including city itself. In addition, the selected and transparent organizational data via the direct link can easily be posted on the city's public information portal. Timing: start- january 2016 budgetary organizations; january 2017 ltd, c.o. Budget: own initial investment 200 th. = hardware, software, network; cost per year /50th. Red flags: speed internet connection, choice of universal accounting system, training of accountants, tenders, etc.

Audit of the Internet connection - the city and its organizations before: slow connections based on WIFI /interference problems/ or fixed lines now: the entire city, including its all organizations, has been connected to the optical network /fast, stable, prepare to extend for future/ 2. Audit of hardware - the city and its organizations before: insufficient server capacity, unconditioned server room,... now: restored server room + air conditioning, new servers purchase based in city hall + new several PC s 4. Training of accountants and managers creating the new position of chief accountant in the city organization structure 5.
