4 ABOUT Symphony Hall Birmingham The Symphony Hall Birmingham is internationally famous for its world class acoustics and stunning auditorium, and has played host to some of the most prestigious events and artists from across the world. Recently opening its doors to private celebrations, the Symphony Hall is arguably the most exclusive banquet venue in the Midlands. With a capacity of up to 600 guests for a seated dinner, the Symphony Hall provides an exquisite back drop for any event
5 VENUE PACKAGE The fee to hire the Symphony Hall is 30, VAT which includes the following package: Exclusive use of the whole building including the Main Hall and Foyer areas Exclusive use of the six dressing rooms Front-of-House staff to manage and direct guests Corkage on all alcoholic and on alcoholic drinks Cloakroom services Furniture hire Flooring installation and removal Technical equipment and staff (colour room wash, inhouse PA for speeches, CD player, lighting to stage, mics - lapel and roving and power) 12 hour tenancy *The Symphony Hall is licenced for civil ceremonies

7 SERVICES PROVIDED by Monsoon Venue Group You will be allocated a Logistics Event Manager who will help with the planning of your event to make sure your day runs smoothly without any hitches. The primary role of the Event Manager is to plan and manage the event logistics, however they can also advise on suppliers and additional services if required. Your Event Manager will: Produce floor plans, event schedule and delivery schedule for the day Manage all communication with the venue manager in the lead up to and on the event day Arrange layout of furniture ahead of the event and manage all furniture requirements on the event day Make sure all suppliers are adhering to venue regulations and health & safety requirements. Act as venue point of contact for both client and suppliers on the event day Arrange stewards to meet guests and assist with wayfinding around the venue Manage logistics on the event day Manage breakdown of suppliers Make sure the venue is kept clean through out the event and post event
8 GETTING TO Symphony Hall Birmingham By Road Birmingham is easily accessible from the M5, M6, M40 and M42. Follow signs to Birmingham City Centre and then follow the brown tourist signs to the International Convention Centre (ICC) and the Barclaycard Arena (formerly the NIA). Symphony Hall is not featured on road signage. Parking The most convenient car park is the Q-Park Brindleyplace (1 Brunswick Street, B1 2JF). Additional spaces are available in the main pay and display car park underneath the Barclaycard Arena (B1 2AA); the Paradise Circus multi-storey car park (B1 2NB); and the Cambridge Street car parks. By Rail Birmingham New Street and Snow Hill stations are within easy walking distance of the Symphony Hall. Moor Street and Five Ways are slightly further away but still within walking distance.
