Our talented team of chefs will provide a selection of seasonal bowl food for your guests to enjoy as they network, from per person. BEVERAGES For that extra-special occasion, why not replace your prosecco on arrival with champagne, from Vat per person. We can provide a rolling account bar for the evening to serve beer wine and soft drinks. We recommend starting with 5.00 per person and then going from there. From hot and sour prawns to low and slow pork belly, our menus will ensure to appeal to all of your guests. From Vat for the basic AV package and Vat for the advanced package. STAGING If your event requires a stage to elevate your presenters, we can provide this in house for a hire cost of Vat. LIGHTING PACKAGE We have 12 x LED uplighters for the pillars in the Nave available in a range of colours to add some additional atmosphere, starting from Vat. ADVANCED AV If your event has more advanced requirements than the AV mentioned above, please do let your coordinator know and we will see if we can host this in house. Alternatively we can put you in touch with some recommended suppliers who are familiar with the building. All prices exclude VAT.

SECURITY Security is required for any events serving alcohol. The charge is per security personnel; 1 per 50 guests. CLOAKROOM We can arrange for a full cloakroom to be available for your event. Christ church Spitalfields was built by Sir Nicholas Hawksmoor and opened in By the middle of the 20th century the building was unkempt and at risk of demolition when the congregation and local community groups came together to fundraise for its renovation. Now beautifully restored as a landmark of East London, thanks to donations from a number of generous benefactors and trusts it continues to be home to an active church congregation and has opened its doors as a public building to the thousands who visit it each year. The Crypt Hall s unique uses over the years: A bomb shelter to the local residents during Second World War. Homeless shelter in the 80-90s; founding the Spitalfields Crypt Trust charity which is still running in a purpose built building in Shoreditch. Excavated in 1984, nearly 1,000 human remains were discovered, which were taken to the Natural History Museum.

10 BOOK WITH US BOOKING Dates can be held for up to 14 days. Once a booking is confirmed; we require 50% of the total booking cost as a deposit alongside the signed booking forms and the full invoice at least one month prior to the event. If we receive another enquiry for the same date and that client looks keen to confirm, we ask for a decision to be made within 48 hours before we release the date.
