Professional Organizer Service The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center offers a full range of professional organization services for domestic and international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences and special events, as well as marketing & public relations services, providing analysis of event results & visitor data, accommodation and transport arrangements for show participants. These fully-integrated services are provided by N.C.C. Exhibition Organizer Co., Ltd. Professional Conference Organizer Service Meeting, conference and convention of all sizes held at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center can greatly benefit from the Center s comprehensive range of integrated one-stop service. C Zone C Zone C is the main exhibition space with Halls C-Grd, C-2nd and Plaza, it is able to host up to 200 booths.

5 floor plan With total floor space of 65,000 sq.m., the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center is divided into four functionally separated zones with its highly functional facilities can comfortably accommodate up to 6,000 people and able to host up to 1,500 booths. Versatile and meticulously designed to achieve maximum use of space, the utilized area can be adapted to host everything from seminar and conference to national and international-scale trade fair. Zone D The outdoor activity area of Zone D is suitable for more active events such as product promotions, displays & sales booths in a pleasant atmosphere. Zone D is primarily office space with the popular F&B Food Plaza providing various cuisines from food stations and snacks from its Easybake bakery. C Zone C Zone C is the main exhibition space with Halls C-Grd, C-2nd and Plaza, it is able to host up to 200 booths. In front of these halls, the Atrium with its distinctive northern Thai decor is both a reception area and additional space for exhibition booths. For small private meetings, Zone C offers 6 Boardrooms of various sizes. D A B Zone A The ground floor entrance hall contains many service outlets including banks, post office and coffee shops, as well as the Auditorium & Executive Center that are all suitable for small meetings. On the upper level, the 900 sq.m. Ballroom is used for opening ceremony, conference and banquet, while the Reception Hall offers 1,000 sq.m. for a variety of events from small exhibition, product launching to cocktail party. Meanwhile, Ballroom and Reception Hall can be combined into one large space of 2000 sq.m., with a connecting door. Zone B Zone B contains the 5,000 sq.m. Plenary Hall, which is sub-divisible into three event halls and is fully equipped with leading-edge technology and communications systems. Four adjacent meeting rooms, which can be combined into two larger rooms, can accommodate persons. The spacious Main Foyer is an excellent reception area, used for registration, poster displays and small exhibits. The unique Lotus Room with its lake view is suitable for hosting chic events.
