8 SERVICES PROVIDED by Monsoon Venue Group Your Event Manager will: Produce floor plans, event schedule and delivery schedule for the day Manage all communication with the venue manager in the lead up to and on the event day Arrange layout of furniture ahead of the event and manage all furniture requirements on the event day Make sure all suppliers are adhering to venue regulations and health & safety requirements. Act as venue point of contact for both client and suppliers on the event day Arrange stewards to meet guests and assist with wayfinding around the venue Manage logistics on the event day You will be allocated a Logistics Event Manager who will help with the planning of your event to make sure your day runs smoothly without any hitches. The primary role of the Event Manager is to plan and manage the event logistics, however they can also advise on suppliers and additional services if required. Manage breakdown of suppliers Arrange car park attendant to manage car parking Make sure the venue is kept clean through out the event and post event

9 GETTING TO The Vox Conference Centre The VOX Conference Centre within Resorts World Birmingham is located on the NEC site, next door to the Genting Arena overlooking Pendigo Lake. The VOX is easy to find and its location is at the heart of the UK s transport network, just eight miles east of Birmingham City Centre by road and a 10 minute train journey. Arriving by car The NEC and Birmingham International Airport is signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42,M40 and M6. The VOX Conference Centre postcode is B40 1PU. Arriving by train The VOX is less than a 15 minute walk from Birmingham International railway station and is only 70 minutes by train from London and 10 minutes by train from New Street Station in central Birmingham. From the station, follow signs for Resorts World & the Genting Arena.
