10 Supprt fr teams recmmendatins Team participants expressed a variety f views and pinins during the meetings. Mst f the SWAP actins we currently take have been in place fr a very lng time. We did nt seek r get 100% buy-in r cnsensus fr every prpsal. Team did acknwledge a need t d smething different, hwever, what we d differently has sme varying pinin. Team c-leads made decisins t mve frward. Recmmendatins are data-driven. 10

11 Challenges Due t the unpredictable nature f severe weather, we will ften have t take actin withut knwing 100% what the results will be. Risk management and uncertain decisin making will play key rles in actins and utcmes. Smetimes ur actins will be unsuccessful. FAA and airline persnnel cmmnly pstpne decisin making until they knw they are right. This cultural issue will take time t vercme. 11

12 Next steps Training has been develped and needs t be cmpleted. Refine and prduce perfrmance metrics specifically fr NY SWAP. Once matured, respnsibility fr reprting these measures will be with the AJR System Efficiency ffice. Re-adjust plans as necessary based n results. Team will cnduct bi-weekly telcns t discuss actins and results. Ensure results and metrics are shared with NATCA and peratinal wrkfrce. 12
