7 Terms & Conditions All tor places will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Yo will receive an acknowledgement of yor booking either by or by post. Passengers will be held entirely responsible for arriving at pick-p points and any departre points arranged on each trip in good time. Coaches will have limited time to wait for late-comers to ensre the smooth rnning of the tor. Any passenger who is nable to travel for any reason or who wishes to change their pick-p points shold notify s prior to the day of travel. This is to avoid any nnecessary delays at yor specified pick-p point. Magic Moments advises all passengers to arrive at pick-p points at least 5 mintes prior to otward pick p times. Magic Moments will endeavor to ensre all pick-p and departre times pblished are as accrate as possible althogh occasional variations may occr. Magic Moments will not be held responsible for the late arrival or failre to arrive at destinations owing to traffic hold-ps, adverse weather conditions, breakdowns or similar. Magic Moments will not accept responsibility for changes to facilities at venes as these are beyond or control. Magic Moments operates a Zero Tolerance Policy in regard of disrptive, absive or violent behavior to passengers, representatives or drivers or for any other reason that wold adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers. Cancellations by Magic Moments Magic Moments reserves the right to cancel any tor in the event of insfficient bookings. In the nlikely event of a cancellation of a trip by Magic Moments a fll refnd will be paid, or yo will be offered a transfer to another trip, if preferred. Cancellations by the passenger Magic Moments will not offer refnds for cancellations by the passenger nless: Notification is given at least 7 days prior to the tor date and Places can be re-sold Please note that if a tor operates normally, any cancellation on the day will not be sbject to any refnd e.g. for poor weather etc. All tors are sbject to the relevant terms and conditions of the coach company sed and any ticket spplier tilised on the tor.
